Yes, primarily CTV, and the metrics in general, sans our wet blanket: legacy performance. Looking at the numbers on market cap and enterprise valuation is what makes me keep buying. If we manage a smidge of growth acceleration, look out above........oh, wait, we're growing like a weed in CTV. Ha.

I believe we are being unduly punished for the macro slowdown, and this will be remedied in time.

Take a look at my fave, Perion, today. It's up on no fundamental news, which is basically white noise, but I'll take it. I keep wondering when something is going to go wrong for them (us).

Of course I am buying the ADS units, each of which represents two shares of common stock.

I should say "...I was buying the ADS units...", because I am done buying. For probably the 20th time.

I couldn't help myself and loaded up the truck (also known as "filled up my boots" as you guys would say) over the past week in the $5s. I find it is too compelling at this price to not be what I feel is opportunistic. It was screaming at me to "buy, buy, buy" so I had to shut that voice in my head up.

I also listened to the latest CC one more time...that didn't help matters. Either Ofer is telling the truth or I am the biggest sucker on planet earth (not the first time we've heard 'jam tomorrow' from this lot).

I truly think the selling is over-done and intend to capitalize on it. It may take a year, maybe more, maybe less, but our CTV growth is what I am paying attention to, and I think we'll all be rewarded over the next year or two or so if we hang in there.

If I am wrong, and it would be far from the first time, Vista Bridge, here I come...

I just heard a report which disputes what I heard earlier (several times) and part of what I stated as "factual" below. Apparently there were several board members with prior banking experience, but they didn't pay one tiny bit of attention to risk management at the latest board meeting.

All they cared about was virtue signaling their wokeness: ESG (they got a score of 100 out of 100 for ESG...see what good that did the bank), and DEI. Never mind they fly around in private jets.

More (factual) 'right wing claptrap':

SVB had only one board member with any banking experience whatsoever. The rest were large doners to woke causes and the Democrat party.

The most recent board meeting, last month (February 2023), had three items on the agenda:

1.) Climate change
2.) Climate change
3.) Climate change

Risk management was not discussed.

These moron woketards are utterly clueless...just like the entire totally woke Biden administration, which is the root cause of virtually all the current, pressing problems facing the USA.

Their puppet, Joe Biden, was stupid when he was 20. Equally as stupid when he was 40. Twice as stupid at 80 as he was at 40, and that's saying a lot. The basket case residing in the White House doesn't know what month it is, let alone day of the week.

How funny...I was going to mention the fact that SVB was so caught up in celebrating ****sexual month, also known as "*** Pride Month", they couldn't be bothered to hire a ;risk manager for over 8 months last year. Seems to me we see eye to eye on TRMR, and ad tech in general. It may take longer, maybe not, but I strongly feel the best (by far the best) is yet to come.

I heard the same about 30 minutes ago.

I just heard SVB paid all their employees with bonuses a few hours before the collapse.

The CEO and others in upper mgt were selling shares days and weeks prior to the collapse.

Let's see if what I hear (and heard) is true, but what I state is what I am hearing.

I emailed PERI IR to ask about possible exposure to SVB with PERI's relatively massive 430 million USD on deposit in 'banks in the USA and Israel' (from the 20-F).

I heard back from them within 12 hours. (Their exposure is limited to around $10,000 US).

I didn't bother emailing TRMR IR. Why waste the time when I know they won't answer?

BTW:

SVB was a totally woke, libtard bank. They placed emphasis on "equity, diversity and inclusion", rather than sound investment practices.

The libtard/woketards need to learn this reality of life: "go woke, go broke".
