Our wonderful CEO sold in numerous tranches from 27 July until the day before the release of the fabulous numbers and guidance. He knew damn well they were going to drop a bomb on us, and we're truly the stupid bagholders.

I no longer trust him at his word. Not at all. This is not a good thing from where I sit.

i've been ******** about that one for a couple years now.

After we bought the pig known as Amobee 13 months ago, following were their forecast for 2023.

· Full year 2023 Contribution ex-TAC of approximately $500 million

· Full year 2023 Adjusted EBITDA of approximately $200 million

After they bought the total garbage formerly known as blinkx (R1), they waited a few short weeks to tell us 'now that we've done what we should have done before we bought the crap known as R1 and actually looked at the books, the numbers would not be as good as we thought, at which time they lowered expectations.

What about all the Money we were supposed to make on the World Cup? NADA...NOTHING.

These guys get the gold medal for incompetence.

The fools running this mess need to drive 8 miles to the Perion office and find out how Perion does it, quarter after quarter, year after year. PERI knows their business, they give accurate guidance, they always beat expectations then raise guidance.

And they don't take nearly as much in SPC or compensation.

How can these idiots get it so wrong, quarter after quarter? Are they that clueless? Apparently so.

I am not going to waste my time getting up early for the call, I'll catch it on a replay, but only after I've taken something to dull the pain.

I am SWAMPED with my project in Idaho and projects here, so no, not yet. It is driving me crazy...but fingers crossed I'll be saying "all's well that ends well" next month. Or maybe October. Or November...ha. I am too old for this sheeeet.

I may have spoken out of turn. I have been SWAMPED and didn't have time to do my homework on PUBM and MGNI. I read the releases and they looked OK until I got to the guidance. (I am trying to say you're probably right.)

I have not listened to either call, or checked with my notes about what to look for in either company. I'll get on it next week...

One thing I do know, the guidance in both cases is ABYSMAL.

Yes, this is sympathy with PUBM, MGNI and APPS. And the reason those stocks sold off so heavily was due to poor guidance, which is key.

They there's PERI. Another story altogether.

The "late trade" to which you referred was on 18 July. The trades occurred during "RTH", or Regular Trading Hours. Volume that day was 483,400 shares in total, which is significantly above the average daily volume of 62,450 shares for the trailing three months.

The numbers to which I referred when speaking to Art was on 17 July.

No, volume was totally lame the entire day at 21,100 shares, then the price spiked during the last few minutes of trading on almost zero volume.

I am sorry to say my government knows pretty much everything about me. Me and the rest of my fellow citizens.

I hate to break it to you, Tricky, but physics and economics both employ a great deal of math.

Perhaps you meant "home economics", which allowed you to properly prepare your carrot roots.

(Home economics in the USA was class about cooking and basic housekeeping skills, not really one that addresses the family budget as it should.)

Not that anyone but me cares, but I just did the math.

In aggregate, I've put ca 250,000 USD more into TRMR than PERI.

My holdings in TRMR are worth ca 1.5 million USD LESS than my holdings in PERI.

To say I want TRMR to work out is, for me, quite an understatement.

You have no idea how badly I want TRMR to work out.

I put far more Money into TRMR than I put into PERI. I kept trying to catch a falling knife with TRMR. I am now forced to type with one finger.
