BTW: OK, Russia is not "nothing", but they proved to be a bit of a paper tiger with their performance in Ukraine. They have more than a few nukes, which I have not failed to forget.

Russia is nothing without China. China is a massive problem without Russia.

None of this would have happened without Biden's (Obama's third term) inept administration, their incredibly stupid energy policies, massive government spending on krap nobody wants, massive regulatory policies, and naive foreign policy of appeasement (can we spell Neville Chamberlain?). At the top of that list, along with what's going on in Ukraine, is what Iran is up to all over the Middle East. ALL OF IT can be laid at the feet of US leadership, or lack thereof.

The USA is going to be hit with another 9/11 type terror attack due to what these fools have allowed to happen on the USA's southern border. It is incredible. Actually, they have not only allowed it, they've encouraged it. Our borders are WIDE OPEN, and the world knows it. Over 7 million that we know of are here illegally over the last 2.5 years. We do not know who they are, or where they are, but we know they are here. Some say it's closer to 10 million.

Have you been paying attention? How do you expect us to come up with anything that works? Three years ago this coming February, a very wise poster here, an American, posted numerous posts about the world being a far less safe place with Stupid Joe in the White House. I know Ofer served for over 20 years, and Sagi is still pretty involved with training and mentoring young soldiers in the IDF, as often as monthly prior to the terrorist attacks and impending war.

Can't help but wonder if Sagi was called up or left on his own volition. 350,000 called up (so far) in a population of 8 million, give or take, is a pretty big number.

A statement from management would be good. PERI issued a statement and Tal Jacobson (PERI CEO) went on CNBC to discuss the situation. It wouldn't take a lot for TRMR to do the same.

I believe we'll report improved margins, improved EBITDA; improvement from last Qs numbers overall, progress with the Amobee rubbish for which we overpaid...but nobody cares what I believe (strike one), and that's what management told us (strike two).

The world is looking recessionary, and if so we've no choice but to ride it out.

Meanwhile, these morons who are running the show are contemplating another buyback. So far, every single share they've bought back over the last few years are well under water.

But that's not what really matters. They use OUR cash to buy back shares...shares they awarded themselves causing us to be diluted while their position relative to ours increases. It is simple, really. What this boils down to is the fact that we are paying them incredible amounts of Money for a job POORLY done. It is absolutely, positively sleight of hand: Their egregious SBC comes out of our cash, plain and simple.

Never mind their stated annual remuneration, which is far more than they deserve by itself.

These guys are P-I-G-S PIGS.

Their pay package is a slap in the face to any investor with at least half a brain.

Should they perform as they've promised (but so far failed over and over and over again), I'll change my tune. Until then I shall remain disgusted.

Managements over promise and under deliver on results, due to poor due diligence and lack of execution has a lot more to do with the share price than planned tax sales of their egregiously large share-based compensation.

These guys are getting paid far more than they're worth. (The previous sentence is the understatement if the year.)

Somebody (or "somebodies") obviously took the other side of that trade.

I am going with the ambulance chasers trolling (or hired by?) unhappy investors due to the multiple revenue and earnings misses, along with the abysmal (two) forecast revisions.

We must not forget the original forecast of 500 million revenues with 200 million EBITDA they claimed we'd achieve as they (we) paid too much for the Money losing POS Amobee. Mgt TOTALLY screwed the pooch on that one. Big time. These guys need to visit the Perion headquarters which is a mere 8 miles away in Tel Aviv to get a lesson in knowing your business and issuing proper guidance. Not to mention a lesson in how to acquire another company. TRMR mgt do not hold a candle to PERI mgt. Not even close. My cross to bear for going so deep on TRMR, but I've done dumber things (like getting married).

Class action suit being entertained with charges of securities fraud. Wonderful.

I gave up and bailed on all but 100,000 shares of blinkx, which became 10,000 shares when they did the 1 for 10 reverse split.

After that I paid almost ZERO attention to blinkx (R1) until after we were bought by Taptica. I was going to sell my shares in Taptica but thought I'd do some homework before I pulled the trigger. I liked what I learned and started to acquire more...and more...and more....OOPS.

Now for another question: What was your former handle on this board? (I trust we got along?)
