Seems to me a little over half the US public finally grew a brain.

I'll take it wherever I can get it, but I'd be a lot happier about today's price action if we were

moving up on news affecting our fundamentals.

The ADS units are up 9.2% atm on volume almost 6X normal daily volume (over the last three months), and there's ca 02:45hr left in our trading day today. This on no news.

Hmmmm...makes me wonder.

I cannot accurately answer this question without a bit of research to jog my memory.

This much I recall: for me the blinkx journey started out in year 2000 when I bought Virage, which was bought by Autonomy in 2003. I bought Autonomy then (after listening to Lynch on the conference call). Autonomy brought in blinkx which was using Autonomy's tech in 2007, combined some of the video capabilities of Virage with blinkx, turned over to Suranga and spun off a few years later as blinkx (2008 I believe). A lot of ups and downs between then and now, for sure.

TTD is a very aggressive monster in the space. If they find value in what we're offering, you can bet they'll try to work around it, copy it, whatever, and likely sign a deal after our "exclusive" deal runs out in 2026.

They are so huge and dominant they're hard to deny. They have deals with everyone, and they work around them as best they can. Did I mention they are an aggressive MONSTER?

Others are afraid to confront them on their tactics because they're so powerful.

Jeff Green (TTD CEO) is an absolute PIG when it comes to SBC. Ofer aspires to be as bad as Green, couldn't pull it off, at least not yet.

British tech entrepreneur Mike Lynch’s former co-defendant in a US fraud trial has died after being hit by a car just days before a yacht carrying the now-missing tycoon sank off the coast of Sicily.

Stephen Chamberlain, 52, a former VP of finance at Lynch’s former company Autonomy, was hit by the car while out running on Saturday, his lawyer Gary Lincenberg told CNN Monday.

That is truly bad news about Lynch. Dude made me a lot of Money with Autonomy. HP had egg all over their faces for not doing proper due diligence.

Depends upon whether or not we execute. Price movement on no news is white noise. Fundamentals are what matter in the end.
