If the share price was in the 8s it would be due to the fact that Ofer et al. were doing a good job, one commensurate with their remuneration. The reason we're not seeing anything close to that price is due to the fact that they're not.

All one needs to do is compare TRMR to PERI, were there's a severe disparity when it comes to competent management. Fingers crossed PERI keeps on, and TRMR comes around. So far not looking so good for TRMR.

Actually, an all-time low for the ADS units today. We traded as low as $6.12, closing at $6.19.

This closing price equates to ca 257.37GBp at an exchange rate of 1.20253 USD/GBP.

As I see it, if the report is true, and I have more reason to believe it is true than not, who is going to sign a deal with TRMR knowing the company is looking to sell itself?

Continuity is a big deal, and our competitors will use the fact that we're trying to sell ourselves against us. You can bet with near 100% certainty that will be a selling point for competitors.

If the private sector operated like the US government, Ofer would be promoted to CEO of Google.

We closed down 8.17% in the States to $6.74, well below the value in London which, as I said below, should translate to ca $7.10 (at 294p).

I won't be the least bit surprised to see it sell off in London tomorrow, barring any news.

It's tanking in the States. Translating from today's close of 294p for the common in London, we should be trading at ca $7.10 in the States.

Currently at $6.86 X $6.88, down 6.54% on the day.

True, this is speculation. But it's due to published articles about the matter. If it were not true, don't you think the idiots running this mess would have spoken up and set the record straight?

Gotta go with Curly and Baldy as a strong possibility. They had a little fit because we wouldn't give them more, so they took their ball and bat and are heading home.

Also the comment about desperation. That's also a possibility, and a very dire one.

I think there are many posters on this board who would be more than disappointed with a measly 4 pounds per common share.

This is a real head scratcher to me. Perhaps they once again screwed the pooch when they blew $239,000,000 of OUR Money on Amobee.

I well recall the didn't do their due diligence when they bought the pig in a poke known as blinkx/R1. I was happy to be the beneficiary of their laziness, or stupidity, or whatever it was that happened in that deal. I figured that was a one-off and gave them the benefit of the doubt.

Do you suppose that happened again? They've not given the latest deal 15 minutes to integrate and try to work for us. What on earth was the point of doing the deal? Do you think they looked under the Amobee hood, after the fact, and realized they got taken again?

If the published story is true, if they're actually shopping the company and allowed it to leak out, after all the krap these imbeciles have told us, this, to me, is an amazing sign of stupidity and weakness.

Trying to sell TRMR in the current macroeconomic environment, given our current dismal valuation, after all the rubbish they fed us about the great new deal we just blew almost a quarter of a billion USD on, is more than enough reason to dump the fools in management and the longer standing board members.

These people are stupid.

If this is true, mgt are beyond stupid, trying to sell us in a bad market when we're at or near yearly lows.

Normally I dismiss after hours trading as meaningless, unless a stock is moving after hours on news.

TRMR moving up pretty big on no news but heavy volume after hours in the States.

Fingers crossed there's some news supporting this move...otherwise it's meaningless.

All we can do, other than selling our shares, is vote our shares to try to make our voices heard. Due to the majority of shares in seemingly board friendly investment firms, it appears our remedy can be likened to urinating directly into a strong wind.

All long-time posters know my stance on the share-based comp issue.

Too bad we couldn't vote some of the long-time rubber stamp board members off the board...including the three executive members.

How anyone can miss earnings/guidance by so much over successive quarters is inexcusable.
