The Political ads are non-effing-stop. I became beyond sick of them weeks ago...I tune them out.

But I'll take their Cash...especially considering the majority of it is coming from the commie libtard lefties. It won't do them any good, because everything they touch turns to krap, and no matter what kind of lipstick they try to put on that pig, the American public is waking up and voting their pocketbooks.

PUBM missed on revenue, a slight beat on adj. EBITDA with decent margins at 39%, and a slight beat on adjusted EPS.

Lousy guidance for Q4.

We'll see how good PERI really is in a few short hours.

I am listening to the PUBM CC now. They say the ad spend dropped off at the end of Q3.

As a poster located in the USA, I can tell you ad supported streaming services are huge here and growing rapidly.

Tricky is correct, it's very competitive, with new competitors / technologies emerging.

This is the reason I, for one, am here. That and I don't "haveenough".

Then again, when it comes to Money, how much is enough? One word answer.....

I don't know what you meant by "currently command". If you're talking about our current Market Cap or Enterprise Value I'd have to say "of course".

By my take on the phrase "currently command", in today's market, I imagine it would be 3X-4X our current market cap. Even at that level, we're still a minnow in a huge pond.

Basically, all they need to do is show up for work occasionally and they'll receive the PSUs.

I saw that a bit after it was posted. I wasn't going to comment because it was expected, but every time I see it, it reminds me of the excesses they've allowed themselves at our expense. And yes, even though it's not a cash event for GAAP or IFRS purposes, when we're buying back shares at the same time...well, you can figure out where I am going with that one for yourselves.

I've been adding for the same reasons. Hasn't worked out so well for me, either.

There's another possible downside, but one we all feel is highly unlikely (or we wouldn't be here): We're counting on the absurdly low share price recovering. That doesn't mean it will.

Almost every share we've bought back is now under water. We're borrowing Money to help fund Amobee and possible future opportunities, and now we're buying back more shares. Money is fungible. One can connect the dots to say we borrowed Money to buy back shares (although cash flow should cover it, but one never knows what tomorrow may bring). In the USA, growth stocks of companies get punished if they carry debt in an interest rate increasing environment. Look at our share price compared to PERI over the past year. Abysmal.

If we execute, all this will be moot. Fingers crossed.

You are right, technically and legally, but you are wrong about the mechanics of buying back the shares we did to offset the dilution from the outrageous SBC.

Money is fungible. And the way we went about doing what we did is not good from where I sit.

Jim Chanos on CNBC a minute ago:

'If a company is vesting SBC, it's true it's not a cash expense...BUT, if they're buying back stock to offset the dilution caused by SBC, then it (SBC) most certainly is a cash expense'.
