Yes TFE, M&S going along nicely. Timing is key as you say. Showing a nice profit in M&S, Centrica and especially Rolls Royce purchased post pandemic at 88p 😉 It’s all about timing……. The excellent Archie Norman is doing the business again turning M&S around.

Bought some more of these today to drag my average into he mid 70s. Yield almost 10% now.

Agreed. I topped up at under 220p a few weeks ago. These shares never seem to set the world alight but trade in a tight range of 220p-250p for the most part. Happy to take the 8-9% dividend yield.

Wage inflation is a problem but as Gazz correctly pointed out, it is on a lag too and will drop as unemployment rises.

Last week they were betting on 5 1/2% terminal rate Darth. But knowing the BoE, I have total faith they will do the wrong thing and continue hiking.

Yes a bit of a hysterical reaction in the markets this morning. Wage rises will tail off as unemployment rises. There is a lag. Not often you say something sensible Chuckleberry but noted when you do 👍
