I would tend to agree with AimforR that if it is localised to the US, that still leaves us with the rest of the world to get on with.
I had a similar scare with YGEN, where the company lost, but agreed to a deal that has led to a rise in the sp. I have invested well in EQT and keen to invest more, but would wait for the US case to be sorted.

Agree DRS1, having a CEO of a small cap interacting with PIs gives one more confidence in investing in the company. It also gives an indication of the depth of understanding of the CEO of their company and its associated factors. (Doesn't necessarily reflect in the share price - LOL).

I was considering the possibility of ongoing need for wastewater testing in accommodations with some residents vaccinated. Looks like there are a lot of unknown unknowns here.
BTW, for wastewater testing - is the product absolutely ready for market or in Phase 3 trials? I couldn't remember if this was for Microtox BT or with wastewater?

I invest in GB companies, tech and IP.
KMK has (?had) all the signs of a major breakthrough but it was an anticlimax.
As a LTH, it is indeed frustrating the way the company is being managed. The technical and scientific side is brilliant, the sales and reconciling sales and revenue is poor.

Come on guys. Let us get real.
When did the share price of a stock become a barometer of facts? SP = Market sentiment, isn't it?
If the company continues on its work, succeeds and produces +ve results consistently - that's the most important thing.
Sooner or later three things happen:
1. Someone spots it - loads it up and then BOOM - the SP jumps
2. Wider determinants and the company offerings align. The sweet spot for the company. BOOM again (cf CWR)
3. It starts paying dividends. That's when the pension funds notice it too.
We wouldn't have had the price of Tesla what it is now based on market fundamentals.
This company is undervalued. I firmly believe it will be another CWR. If GJB and the BoD are smart - they'll realise more value by uncoupling labskin once it has 'matured' its product and revenue.

You do have a point but it would be useful to differentiate between 'ramping' and simply sharing information. What I see GJB doing is simply sharing information. Without that - ordinary folks would've no idea what the company does, is doing and is planning on doing. Doing so allows the CEO to put the company face forward otherwise you'll have the likes of TW spouting rubbish and getting away with it?
I did my research and feel comfortable to be in the company for the long haul based on the info available and the opportunity to quiz the CEO from time to time.
If some people conclude that they want to invest - that's up to them; not the CEO or others.

Appreciate the CEO engaging in this way. It is a tough job when shareholders are impatient for results and those take time.
For me, the engagement with TW was perfect. It showed that some CEOs will bite back if you bark. Well done Gerard on putting your ££ where your mouth is.
On the SP, there's no point in expecting news 'everyday' to ramp up the SP. This is now a three pillar company underpinned by AI. MWG, Microtox and Labskin. Each pillar can/will/should/could grow and support the others.
I am a LTH and am happy to wait for the SP supported by some proper contracts - not just rise up on hot air.
For those who want to play day traders, there are other stocks to do so - not a developing company.

I see this very much as laying the groundwork like CWR. Wait till Unilever starts knocking on the door for an investment. That might set the frenzy up between cosmetic and pharma companies.

Think of it like ARM and you have the valuation.
Arm was bought for £24.3 billion in 2016 and sold to Nvidia for £40 billion in 2020.
With the multifaceted tech in the SOFC, who wouldn't pay £40billion for it?
Particularly with the world rushing towards a low CO2 target and with Biden in the White House?

What we don't know is:
1. Who is the customer?
2. Value of the deal?
3. Duration?
Perhaps all three are insignificant, otherwise there would have been an RNS?

Possibly Bosch itself (they have a finger in many pies). Expect a bidding war between all the major shareholders from Weichai / Doosan to Bosch.

Likely to be taken over before it can issue a divi.
