No rocket boosters on this stock even after getting GEM in July.
I am invested in both - so keep a close eye on them.

@mysteryguy - either that approach or go in at whatever price/number you can afford and wait for the minor ups and downs to even out over the longer term.
Unless you are a trader, this is a stock for the long term - 5/10/15 years to move to 2/3/4 digit shareprices.
There are better stocks to be a day trader in - this is not one of them.

The Green Economy Mark doesn't mean a thing to the bottomline. I know of a few companies who have put out RNSs on this and their SP is still languishing.
This company is good and will continue to remain so - the Green Economy Mark is simply a badge with no significant economic benefit to the SP in the longer term.

@newuncle Kromek are working to deliver a 'lab on a chip' that will extract ambient air within aircraft and airports to check for new and current viruses.

Don't forget the Climate Conference in Glasgow this year.

More than 650 homes in a small village near Newcastle will this year become the first on the UK’s public gas grid to be heated partially by hydrogen, as energy companies test ways to slash emissions from one of the most polluting parts of the economy.

Up to 20 per cent hydrogen will be blended into the natural gas network that serves the village of Winlaton in Gateshead towards the end of the first quarter of 2021.

My guess is that the roll out of the hydrogen vehicles and itm fuel stations is going to happen in tandem. Hopefully, this will build momentum for both and reflect in the share price.

Two thoughts come to mind :
1. If developing countries are already using this, what is AFC's USP?
2. With such a huge market for off grid power, if AFC are able to bring down the cost of Hydrogen, then the sky is the limit for opportunities and share price.

I have been a patient LTH. Agree 30p is high - hence wondering if I should average down. (The stock is in an ISA and am waiting for the proceeds from HZD sale to arrive in my account by 6.1.21)

I am in a bit of a dilemma over this share at the moment. The technology is simply great. The purchasers are solid and guaranteed where they will pay a premium. Yet, this company has such an underperforming SP.
Is it to do with management?
I have bought in at 30 p (big chunk of my portfolio - underwater) and am now in a dilemma if I should average down or would I be better off elsewhere?
I am wondering if there needs to be a change of management to make the most of available opportunities. I had GAW - floundering and then they had a change in management led to a BOOM in their SP.

Bananaman2 - like you, I have sprinkled my cash into green stocks over the last 10 years and never expected for all of them to do well. Some have been very poor (XSG comes to mind - a big red on my portfolio still), others have potential (VLS) but folks at AFC/CWR/ITM have shown the way.
I see a lot of reliance on Wood - and have nothing against it. However, EQT has been collaborating with others too (currently and in the past) and DP has a background in investing, so is well placed to take this to multi bagger territory - with or without Wood.
Whilst Wood may be good, it is certainly not the only game in town.
Wood may do to EQT, what ABB has done to AFC.

Toneman - in response to your original question - have a look at TPG. Seems undervalued for the potential they have. Potential could be realised even more if/when management decide to extract more value out of their portfolio of assets seperately.

During these holidays I have found it helpful to go over old youtube videos of this company. Consolidated my feeling that it is the right share for the future.
