Slappy - the government, whether you voted for it or not, is elected by the people. It also makes massive investments (just look at InnovateUK) into the industry to give it a kickstart. It has to support the NHS so that we don't have people who go bankrupt in order to pay their medical bills.
Trying to avoid CGT payment is fair, but I would expect the government to tighten some of the current loopholes for higher earners which would be fair.

This was before COVID hit.
Miss those days when people could gather without covering their faces.

I agree with everything you said about the range of common travel.
What struck me when you translate it to the US (for example).
If you have an BEV and was to take a long drive across the states, would a BEV give an equivalent range (in *all* weather and topography)?
I hope it does, but looking at BEV (the excellent Edison research you shared) I am not so sure.
Would capacitors make a difference to the BEV range, I wonder though? [Invested in CPX, hence asking too]

I have a slightly odd question arising from this.
BEVs have a major disadvantage in range and time to recharge. Whilst these are progressively increasing - is it likely that the US could have more hydrogen vehicles than B(attery) EVs?
What do folks think?

Please don't think I don't believe the numbers. All that I was querying was the profitabililty with such a large number of installations.
I had invested in MWG way back due to my strong belief in the technology and its application potential. However, the lack of profitability was what made me sell at a loss.
I guess where DVRG score over a standalone MWG is the 'back office' integration of AI.
@GJBrandon, could you please clarify my DNA post? The sentence by the analyst didn't make sense.

Very bullish on this stock and don't want it to fail.
However, a doubt which crept in my mind after reading the TPI research update.
The relevant statement is this: 'Having
some 3000 units already installed across a wide range of international of water utilities, public health authorities and consumers in over 60 countries, demand for real-time contamination alerts and recycling services became significantly heightened late in Q1 2020 due to the global Pandemic.'
3000 units in 60 countries - installed - is a lot of units. Yet MWG was unable to make a profit. What does DVRG together bring to the party that makes the MWG division profitable? Is it the AI or is it the marketing or is it something else?
It is just that I couldn't get 3000 units in 60 countries out of my mind. @GJBrandon may be able to clarify?

Saw this sentence on the TPI note and it didn't make sense. DNA is stable so why would Labskin do repeat tests on a DNA sample they would have got the first time around?
'Based on the same self-administered skin swabs that are being utilised for remote clinical trial collection of skin microbiome, Labskin is proposing to take individual repeat DNA tests (possibly quarterly), which it will then combine with other lifestyle factors, including personal cycle, seasonal aspects, etc. through which it is able to generate regularly-updated reports the consumer can utilise in order to create a customised skincare regimen unique to them. Just to share my view on why this is a good investment.
I started researching it after buying some stock (FOMO) and then bought some more.
There are a number of excellent YouTube videos about the background and commercialisation of this company and the fact that their customers are renewing their contracts gives me further confidence.
