I wouldn't call a SP drop of nearly 5% a fantastic day but I guess some people are easily satisfied. It says something when someone gets excited by another poster choosing to leave the board but is not bothered about the SP falling back. Bizarre!

I hope it's not deja vu. Let's hope we actually get somewhere with the FDA this time!

Great news! Let's hope similar success is occurring at Keltbray etc. Some similar news from the other deployments and the concept will be proven which will hopefully lead directly to sales. Now imagine if ABB's high density solid cell gets announced! Hope has been restored.

I can't disagree with you on AB James but his position seems assured for the foreseeable anyhow. I know what you mean about him being a good talker. So far it's been all talk and no action! And you're right I sure wish I'd sold out last year. Nearly did too, eventually selling half at 35p for a big loss (overall average of 68p) , which I'd take in a flash now for the rest. I hope AFC go on to confound it's critics, myself included but it just seems to go one way now i.e. down! Motley Fool posted this a short time ago.

Alt I'm not aware that you've ever disclosed your position on here whereas I have, including making it clear that I have remained a shareholder throughout, despite the carnage. I'm still no fan of how Bond has handled investor relations which has quite frankly been abysmal and although I stand by my comments around him misleading investors with his outlandish statements, I've never used the l word. Also, as someone whose investment in AFC has disintegrated I'll happily accept a turnaround should that happen. It's just a such a relief to finally get some feedback on progress albeit from a non AFC source, rather than a wall of silence. I guess one swallow does not a summer make so let's see what happens from here. Something directly from the horses mouth would be helpful though. I've always made clear that I believe this company can succeed massively if they can actually start to deliver on their self proclaimed expectations. The Acciona news could be a tentative sign that AFC are finally starting on their long awaited journey towards a commercial future. Time as always will tell.

I've always been up front about my AFC journey including selling half my holding at 35p Alt. You can check my history if you like. I am encouraged though by the revelation that Acciona's power tower is chugging away making electricity. I just hope the same thing is happening elsewhere but we don't know! My main gripes here have always been the news blackouts which can imply a lack of progress and the disconnect between rhetoric and reality. Maybe we're finally going to make some proper progress towards fulfilling some of it. I know LTHs certainly deserve that. Fingers crossed.

I am a bit more positive based on the Acciona deployment confirmation mucksy but it's a pity AFC aren't more forthcoming with this type of information. Have the power towers also been deployed elsewhere as expected for example? But yes, I am starting to consider adding or shall I say, buying back some of the half of my holding I'd sold at 35p although in this macro, economic environment it would be a big risk. Look at the Nasdaq into yesterday's close. Absolute nightmare.

I guess the big question is, are similar things happening at Keltbray, Kier and Mace? If the answer is yes, then it could be the start of some genuine commercial progress at long last. Some feedback from the company would be most welcome and as we're now in the last quarter it's not unreasonable to expect it.

There's always a chance the SP could get better Marley even if it's only based on an improvement in sector sentiment. I do regret not getting out on the recent 34p high but at the time was worried that a good power tower RNS might drop! Back to what I said earlier about Bond creating expectation in investors'minds. FOMO is very hard to resist even with AFC. At these levels I haven't much left to loose so feel it's worth hanging in just in case! What about you? Are you convinced AFC will succeed?

Of course I'd be over the moon if Bond were to deliver big and prove me spectacularly wrong but years of disappointment have tempered my expectations in this regard. I understand why mugs like you, who are deep in the red, can't stand to confront the truth, which is why you resort to abusing those posters pointing it out. I'm also deep in the red but like to direct my ire at the man who encouraged me and other investors to buy AFC shares with his misleading comments around the future commercial expectations of the company. i.e. Bond! I totally agree but unfortunately said RNS is proving to be rather elusive and that's the big problem. Bond is skilled in creating the idea in investors' minds that the big, meaningful RNS is going to drop anyday. I was expecting it after the Dunsford to Dundee dash and again before Y/E 2021. I'm still waiting! Now we're all eagerly expecting news on power tower deployments and sales to be followed by the delivery of ABB's 100kw, high density, solid cell. Deep down we know it won't come but hang on in the hope that it will.

CFP speaks the truth unfortunately. This company is simply not delivering as is obvious by the prolonged silence. The new CFO has been brought in to raise money by whichever means to keep the lights on which suggests to me that sales are as far away as ever. Depressing but most likely true whether we like it or not.

Sorry to hear of your illness m3. I hope AFC deliver soon so you can enjoy spending your profits. Good luck in any case.
