RE: Forbes article on Extreme E6 Dec 2022 09:12
"One compound that has been employed for this is ammonia, but that requires temperatures of 1,100C (over 2,000F) to extract the hydrogen again. Kaizen Clean Energy solves this problem by using methanol, which only requires a temperature of 400C (750F) to reform the hydrogen for use in a fuel cell"
That statement should worry us all. If EE are not interested in using ammonia as a vehicle for supplying hydrogen for remote power generation, who will? I thought that was the whole point of AFC's business model! It's raison d'etre if you like! Looks like Kaizen have just put AFC energy in a bit of a pickle and all we get by way of response is silence!
