I agree Thong. The AlkaMem idea was fantastic but so far has proven to be unachievable. Without this unique innovation AFC risk becoming an also ran. I note Bond et al are now trying to hype their proprietary and cutting edge ammonia cracker technology as the next big thing but after the debacle of AlkaMem, I'm completely sceptical about it ever materialising. I hope AFC doesn't turn out to have been one big hype job!

That's why losing the theoretical advantage AlkaMem would've given AFC, is such a blow. Now they're effectively competing with other PEM fuel cell manufacturers such as, in this case, Toyota! I mean what's proprietary to AFC about the power towers now that AlkaMem is a non starter? Are they now using PEM technology like everyone else?

When is a joint venture not a joint venture? I'd say when there's no product and so far that's where we are, I'm afraid! The 2 recent announcements are purely aspirational. I wonder what's happened to the 200kw generator that ABB are waiting for? Now if that gets delivered and is put to good use, the SP might actually go up a bit and stay up as it would be something real as opposed to talked about. AFC must produce the goods soon or I fear it'll cease to exist as I can't see Bond being able to raise anymore capital without a commercially available product to show investors that the tech actually works.

Bond must be crest fallen with the realisation that his pumping rhetoric no longer works with the market. Last time he embarked on a series of announcements around supposed partnership deals with Dutco, Altaaqa, Ricardo etc. the SP flew. Those days are over, which is why Bond should be replaced with a credible CEO who knows the industry and understands the tech. ITM have done this and it will pay off for them in the long run. What's the point in announcing deals with no substance attached like sales etc. other than to try to inflate the SP. It's so transparent.

I suspect there are still some sensible investors around ginger who won't just takes Bond's word for it that jam is definitely going to be delivered, before piling in. There are too many nursing huge losses as a result of believing Bond's stories in the past.

I see the ramping cabal is out in full force today trying to shut down any off message posters. I really believe these efforts are coordinated. How can it be unreasonable to doubt Bond's word that AFC are about to embark on a bonanza of sales, given his appalling track record? We've been here before folks with multiple sales by year end, holy grail etc. The market has no faith in Bond and does not believe that AFC are on the cusp of great things, just because he says so. Those days are long gone!

It was a statement of fact not of hope m3. That's fine if you believe that but don't try to influence others, which is what Jim's statement attempts to do.

Unless m3 monitors this board 24/7 without sleeping and is therefore able to attack posts he disagree with at anytime of the day, there must be more than one individual using this ID. I really believe the considerable efforts made on here by certain posters to support Bond and AFC generally, in the face of their collective failure, are being coordinated. I don't know another company with a clearly failing CEO and associated dire SP performance that attracts so much support on a bulletin board. It's bizarre!

The evidence is that AlkaMem still does not exist in any tangible format Heath and is currently not being prioritised by AFC, which is a huge admission of failure given the significance Bond attached to its successful development with his now infamous "Holy Grail" claim way back in 2019!
