I'm sorry to disappoint you Heath but you've got it wrong. AFC for me has been written off as an investment, barring a miracle but as I still hold some I feel duty bound to try to expose the bungling, at best, CEO and BOD who have misled many and as a result cost them dearly. You on the other hand are just a voyeur as by your own admission you're not naive and so can not be invested here. BTW, I hope you restrict your voyeurism to this AFC bulletin board.

I see you don't like to answer questions Heath. Maybe you're part of the Cabal of AFC protectors who scan this board for any dissent against their beloved leader and then immediately pounce to discredit or humiliate any poster daring to point out some obvious home truths. Let me ask you something Heath. Do you think Bond has delivered on expectations and also do you think he deserves to get paid so much?

Because Heath, he has played fast and loose with other people's money by enticing investors to buy in based on exaggerated statements of imminent commercial progress, takes no personal financial risk and has enriched himself by draining way too much capital out of the company at this early stage of its development, to fund his exorbitant remuneration package. The guy's walking round a millionaire while many investors are down huge sums due to the company's non delivery. He's been rewarded for failure!

Not so Bumble. I'm calling out a CEO and BOD who have blatantly misled me causing me to lose a lot of money. I still cling on in the hope that he might actually deliver something value enhancing, having stated on numerous occasions that such an event was imminent, and that I might therefore get some of my money back. The idea's good it's the execution that's missing.

Remember when someone complained to Bond about the early 9am start to the AGM, Escala and he made a joke about starting it at 7am next year!

I said there would be no AlkaMem so assumed this would affect the delivery of the 100kw unit as it was being touted as a solid cell, so I was partially correct Bumble i.e. no AlkaMem. AlkaMem was only ever a pipe dream and now we're making do with some unknown commercially available membrane, which makes you wonder how much of the ABB unit is actually using AFC proprietary technology! All the R&D that was allegedly done into AlkaMem, has seemingly amounted to zilch. They could've saved a lot of time and just bought the membrane in the first place!

Bumble,you need to stop this nonsense and direct your ire at the real problem here i.e the failing CEO and BOD. I'm not a shorter nor am I employed by anybody and you know that. I'm just a long suffering and fed up shareholder who yes, should've said more at the AGM but as everyone was so compliant I hadn't the heart to spoil the pleasant ambiance. Maybe next time. How you and others on here can constantly pretend that everything in the garden is rosey and that Bond is doing a great job, is beyond belief! Look at the SP man and the complete lack of sales not to mention the no show of AlkaMem, which was supposed to be the jewel in the crown and our ticket to big power and therefore big money. Most didn't invest here for 50KW power towers!

The biggest negativity I see here is the SP!

There's too much fixation on mortgages. Yes, mortgage rates are much higher but only 28% of homeowners have mortgages and a lot of them will still have low fixed rates in place. Don't forget there are also lots of savers who no doubt feel they're finally getting a fairer return on their capital and so should be more likely to splash a bit of cash. Also, the awful UK weather this summer will have convinced many who stayed home to plan a foreign holiday next year to ensure exposure to hot, sunny conditions. I also suspect many will book late summer getaways this year too. This share should be at least £6 if the market was operating normally.
