Reported good numbers today in its half yearly report even though its business is heavily China/ Asia centric. Clearly doing business in this region is not unrewarding so one wonders why PRU is being punished so heavily by the market for doing so. Hoping for a change of sentiment soon.

They're certainly stringing it out to the last possible moment. Let's hope all this waiting doesn't turn out to have been in vain. Mind you, does anyone trust Jonathan Rowland? I certainly don't!

AAL up over 4% n the back of good numbers from JetBlu who are up over 12%. Airlines can still be very profitable. Let's hope we can turn a corner here, post results.

JP Morgan is pricing this at more than £2 a share higher but we get no shareprice reaction. If it had been a downgrade you can be sure it would be falling! It just shows how dysfunctional the UK stock market has become. We keep hearing how undervalued it is, yet it never seems to change. Unless things improve, investors will simply lose interest. It's all pretty soul destroying.

The market is mis pricing this share. Record travel through Heathrow and super busy in Madrid, yet the SP languishes at ridiculous lows. I'm confident that we'll see an upswing, post results.

Indeed, Daz. The man has single handedly almost destroyed this company. I guess the fact he never bought shares was a big red flag that more of us should've taken heed of. I just wish there was some way of getting some of the undeserving largesse given to him over the years, reimbursed. He's one greedy individual.

What about the future performance related share options Bond was assigned as recently as May? He was obviously planning on being around until at least May 2027 when said shares vest but that has obviously changed. I can only conclude from this that he was given the tin tac!

It's odd that the SP is being held at more or less the same price all morning. Maybe a more significant move north is on the way. The 850p spike, might've been a clue! It's certainly a nice thought 🤔

I mean, they must know if it'll get full recommendation. GDR will have as much knowledge about the test's efficacy as NICE. Although very cutting edge biotech, it can't be too complicated to ascertain if it works as designed or not. So, with this in mind, I don't think GDR would be bigging this up if they knew it was a dud (sorry David) It has to be a no brainer!

Was just perusing the now infamous 2021 half year report and it is a work of fiction, from multiple orders, a delivered device to Julich and a fully working AlkaMem prototype AEM unit, all promised by year end. Lol. Based on that alone, I still believe Bond should be investigated. It was blatantly misleading! Julich are still waiting!

I was just going to say daniel, what a turnaround! Great CEO! Although X3 sells to buys but never mind. Maybe the German situation is not as bad as it's being portrayed in Proactive for example as Mesh pointed out earlier. I think though it's not unusual for an investor to swing from despair to euphoria depending on how they perceive their investment is performing and VOD has been performing poorly for a very long time so to see it initially sink again would be understandably frustrating! It would try the patience of Job! Not sure why some on here are so sensitive to my occasional negative post. Maybe It unsettles them. It takes all sorts to make an interesting board, including you daniel. Let's hope this the start of a more positive trend for VOD.
