The UK stock market is becoming increasingly pointless unless you can eke out some value trading (not easy). What's the point in taking the risk of the odds are always stacked against you? It's a hopeless situation.

And back to the 60s. It's bad timing with the market but I'm guessing the German problem is also having an impact. Looks like VOD will continue to struggle. At least there's the dividend.

It's nauseating to witness the government pander to vested interests to the tune of potentially £300 million for a GAA ground, yet they couldn't find a way of financially protecting a vital industrial asset with no upfront cost. This government will not serve the country well.

And the Market Capitalisation is now at COVID lows, which is a more accurate way of comparing value at different periods of time in the history of the company. Also, I believe any bad news is largely priced in. Hoping for a better day tomorrow.

Yeah, what a great CEO he was! SP lower than when he took over and at IPO nearly 20 years ago! Some people just don't know when to be honest! Bond was an awful CEO who milked this company for his personal gain without taking any risk out on his own capital. I wonder why that was? And then of course there was the constant exaggerations he exposed investors to no doubt encouraging many to invest on the basis of said exaggerations resulting in them, in many cases, losing considerable capital. The only shocker for me is that he seems to have got away with it! Good riddance to him.
