To be fair that’s an old video, I pushed that a while back... We are however very close to potentially fantastic news from the FDA so a little positivity wouldn’t go a miss Nolupus.

Tim Franklin comments towards the end of the video that he expected to hear something back from the FDA under normal circumstance within around two weeks from the 4th of December, that would put us around the week of the 23rd December. If we take the Christmas shut down in to account and then a bit of patience as Tim worded it due to Covid then in my opinion it sounded like addling another week or two? So perhaps we will here something this week?

You think some on here have not tried that already? I personally emailed Avion in early December to recieve no reply, I have to admit had I recieved a reply I may not have shared it on a board, rather respected the person to whom id had the contact with.

Linstead have been selling ever since they got their shares it’s what they do and nothing new, let’s not make up information as we go along.

Oocanibe, if they can RNS it’s not been loaded, I think they can RNS just for me that it’s been loaded, BOD know it will ease tensions but I agree it might not be news worthy enough.

Definitely not expecting a 7am RNS tomorrow morning as they will likely be loading the lorry, 2pm RNS a possibility. Tuesday morning is likely to be the day so last day to top up tomorrow.
Reading some of the posts below especially regarding Gyrometric etc, I’m expecting several good RNS’s this month.

If the FDA’s meeting was on the 4th of December are Avion not due a response back within 30 days? i.e the 4th of January? I’m sure I have read somewhere 30 days...? Think we might get an RNS this week.

For one the meeting is less than 30 days from now, two It does not state in the RNS that the meeting will be delayed, three You have no idea what they will and will not consider within that meeting, four you mention none of the positives whatsoever. Me thinks someone sold out yesterday...
