Homer, yes the cup and handle graph takes into account the warrents oustanding, the options taken, the delay in the machine arriving, the lips slip from Gareth Cave mentioning we had 25% of the orders already allocated to the NHS via a distributor as well as several other items, can you not see that?

Large 10 day cup and handle now complete and you know what they say when the handle is as deep as the cup...

I would also ask Why Why Why have the BOD not advised what the money is to be used for??? Machine arrived, masks certified, parts must also have arrived, 24hrs trial process started today maybe, an update later Thursday or perhaps Friday morning ?

If cash is required short term why not offer an open placing for shares to Pis & II's for 2p rather than warrants only to IIs?
Make the placing limited to a certain amount of shares so it's over subcribed which would guarantee the share price holding and not dropping to the placing price. It could laso be based on your existing holding as a percentage, that way more pi's would trying buying now to secure more placing shares driving the price up.

RMS share holders, please speak with your broker now to get the ball rolling, it could be as simple as an email to say "I would like to vote against the proposed warrants at the next RMS GM".

Is to raise the share price so much by the time the GM starts everyone will have sold their shares and not be able to cast their vote.

Great RNS, with just over two weeks until then and news in between regarding order book, manufacture of masks and news in the media, I think the share price could easily be double if not tripple the proposed 2p warrants.

I can't see how the RNS's warrant the attention of the FCA, they are simply RNS's that advise us what is going on regards options. I would advise that whoever sanctioned those options in the first place should have placed a minimum term of holding before selling. The issue is that once sold this will generate more money for those in question to buy more options and sell again.

Beforegolf, no one will care about the warrants? I think you will find that at least 20% maybe even 25% of investors do care about the proposed warrants being issued and will likley vote them down.

Could anyone please provide a link to the milestone payments proposed by Avion to Immupharma? Just trying to see if there is anything on the horizon for example once the FDA agree a way forward for the next phase 3 trial.
