Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
Haven’t we just spent $19m of this cash pile?
What is the latest net cash position is one of my questions which is not price sensitive, so why will not the FD answer this will be my retort if I get no answer.
Who’s coming???????
We need a list of points to raise on this site.
Anyone willing to promote this.
Clearly voting against res 2 and 4 will make a “tiny pinprick”. Reminds me of when Idi Amin said something about one of our politicians, how small they were relative to the whole world. Might find the quote as it was very amusing.
The point has to be made that Rewarding the BoD handsomely is fine if shareholders are seeing rewards as well.
Looking forward to buying at JW price.
How does one buy such a lump of shares. Does anyone know who the seller was?
Well a repeat of JW interviews. Basically SLOW SLOW .... .... SLOW.
Everything happening at the end of the year.
I thought Plat work overs were going to ramp up production fairly quickly.
So what are they doing in this next 6 months.
Arranging seismic doesn’t take up much time etc etc etc
Difficult to be happy short term.
Better F off from this lot and re visit next year.
Dull is too exciting a word for this lot.
As said by others, promises promises promises.
Cash mentioned @ $40m despite $19m spent. It’s too easy to say it will still be $40m at year end.
Not sure comments at AGM will get through to the thick skinned BoD.
All this talk of takeover is a load of bull.
You’re all dreaming again.
This will play out, probably when some of us have kicked the bucket.
Get real.
I have every intention of attending this AGM, but these sessions are usually very boring and quickly over. It is always necessary to decide whether to raise formal questions in AoB or to ask the questions outside the meeting. The latter choice depends totally on whether the BoD stay to accommodate this.
I have some questions in mind.
1. Your Company has a large long term PI involvement that need reassurance that you are acting in their best interests as shareholders. Monthly updates went a long way toward that. Bring them back.
2. Exit strategy. Every well run Company should have a plan. What is yours? If none, is this because you want to take our cash in huge salaries and fringe benefits until it dries up?
3. As we are a cash rich Company, it would be nice for regular net cash updates. Pretty simple job for even an average accountant.
4. ...................... tba
Pressure should be put on this lot at the AGM as we need more confidence that things are actually happening.
Also information given could be much more detailed. An example it would have cost nothing to say what the net cash balance was after shedding out $19m.
thetoonarmy2 - 24 Apr 2018 - 01:47:10 - 8837 of 19068 Amerisur - AMER
What a bunch of ******s greedy bastards on what basis are the pricks getting freebies again.
Stephen Foss, Independent Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee said:
"The Long Term Incentive Plan links incentives to performance, aligning the Amerisur staff and executive with the interests of shareholders, who I would like to thank for their continued support."
Yeah right fecking parasites.
Just had lunch and sat down in my conservatory to listen to this.
I was so excited that I fell asleep less than half way in. Repeats are so boring.
Maybe JW has a retirement career in reading bedtime stories, so come on JW hurry up and sell AMER before I kick the bucket.
Well this Company have year on year consistently achieved exactly what they say they have set out to do. The presentations are well written and the latest video on the TMMG web site is excellent. This is a very professional Company that does not “bullshit”; they tell it how it is ........ pure and honest. Consistent growth is on the agenda big time. Watch for the 100p + reviews to come.
David Morgan speaks from deep within and Is genuinely quaquaversatile. Not sure i’ve used this correctly, but who cares.
No gamble here so it’s a “yes” from me.
Well I could not resist at 13.53 so in it in the deep end I am.
It’s hard to imagine where the short term is taking us. Is the bottom 10p again!
It would do no harm if the annual results included a statement that the board were aware of the significant undervaluation that puts the Company at risk of a cheap takeover.
Not sure what Companies can say exactly, however they can make comment about share prices if they wish.
All the sums and oil price cannot be wrong ................. can they?
Hi all
Can someone clarify something for me. I am using rough figures in case anyone wishes to question my figures.
Latest reserves report says 17.5m BO P2.
Does this mean 7m BO are left after the cumulative extraction to date of 10m BO?
Thanks
GA
Ps I would like to buy more at 13p. Any offers?
Cannot foe the life of me understand why anyone would sell at these prices. Unless they are gambling with owed money or have better places to gamble. Let me know where is better please!
Just checked for typos as I have nothing better to do. Page 31 date “two thousand seventeen” needs deleting. Always a problem when they regurgitate documents.
Half the trouble here is that we are all fighting against each other to make a quick buck. We are all looking to dump non core shares for a small gain, trying to beat one another with timing. Clearly our core holdings are there ready for the takeover that we all want.
We need JW road shows to bear fruit with Institutional investment.
This drill will be fun. To sell before or after?
RRRRR ampers
Some really good posters here, and there are mainly dampers. 30% of CPO-5 this year does not make this amount. Only IMO
Sorry guys, maybe this is a stupid comment. I am not sure what “depth” means as it could be either length of well drilled or how deep. Excuse my ignorance.
It would be interesting to know what the drill distance actually will be as a directional well?
Platanillo
Politicians
Press
I can only see two dirty words here!
Cash is KING despite your beliefs. It’s more of a problem holding on to it ......... well for me anyway. Saying you are better off out of sterling, does this mean buying loads of foreign currency instead of being in shares. I wonder. OIMO
