When I first looked at it will all the new ideas and concepts it took a while to understand if these big ideas are profitable/ feasible.

If we want people to get it is cheap. Just simplify the structure and stop arguing

If we can show a working business with good margins this is a great business.

Magnets are not a huge business in value but they support huge trillion dollar Industries.

If security is an issue, nobody will care about slightly higher magnet costs for security if it allows them to safely develop big drone/ AI robot businesses.

Yesterday's news just massively boosted the chance of the spac deal occurring.

This just opens the door for a good valuation ( whatever that might be). Also we could never get news on the SPAC until this step was confirmed.

Hopefully now we have a chance for near term news on the spac... this is the value driver

I think the value is so clear it is blinding. How are we realising value.

1. Spac of an endorsed strategic project by EU and one of the few shovel ready REE mines globally. We only need to be over 55m usd market cap. People will infer it is a good project simply because it was backed.

2. The recycling business, is just an ipo story. Uk will shows margins and confirm the process. After that we will IPO in usa. The sector is hot. If we do not IPO it is similar for a tech company not listing in the .com bubble.

I posted a while that this is just a simple positive EV trade.

If we do not get storage then the price might temporarily fall until people realise we have a 100m npv10 gas project approved.

If we get licenses then it is super.

The company could do more to talk about the bird in the hand gas extraction project... it might stop this stupid drift.

The nomad releases an rns only on instruction by the company.
