The key thing is how Conservative is the SOC. The more Conservative the more likely you get alot of it.

One of the reasons I like this claim is due to history of court preceding in india.

They have In effect already presented arguments in court which seemed to be weak and the old ceo said there court statements contradicted earlier statements.

I think india has an issue as they have to defend all the actions they took over a long period a decade plus.

Also worth noting even holding up approvals ( stalling) can be seen as not giving fair and equitable treatment.

You should not wait years and then have someone restate earlier arguments which they say have already been dealt with

An ipo can take twice as long as a SPAC so it is still the fastest route, but it does take time

The company is transforming. Personally I think we need to stop worrying about the cash balance etc. We are building one of the few businesses that can supply magnets into the UK and EU and beyond.

When we prove the operating model we have years of fast growth baked in. This is an ideal multibagging setup.

On the cashflow issue we need to start viewing this as an actual business. They will need cash.

Once we prove it we migh start to get a PE of 20+ given growth.

I welcome any raising if it gets us to showing revenue. The company valuation will be far more underpinned when the business is up and running

Having looked at lots of cases this one stands out, many others have red flags such as the ability of the gov to pay or squabbling over environmental issues.

This case seems to be quite rare so I think my strategy needs to reflect this.

I expect the claim number to come with soc submission. If RND came out saying number would be revealed a few weeks later I would not care so much.

I believe there will not be a delay. Both sides agreed to the timetable, why would india agree to an extension.

If you withdraw before 55 it can be a 55pct tax premium.

Mastercard will help you take out a loan. You can get a reduced interest rate because they know you have a big pension pot.

By not taking the cash out your pension money can keep growing and it mitigates the loan interest.

That's probably why they talk about flexibility etc.

Maybe currently there is no visibility of lenders into pension pots. They probably cannot collateralise against it but they can use the info to make credit decisions.
