You have critical mineral acts everywhere talking about graphite as being strategic.

The guys trying to producing graphite out of china are a starved of capital. Makes you wonder what the point of these associatons are and political hot air.

I honestly would not give a damn of they raised 6m gbp. Remove all these worries and then they could use it as assets for expansions.

If the company can maintain their performance metrics this stock is a monster. Comppunding at 50pct IRR is huge.

It seems strange they have been consistent for years, lost 3 to 4pct of cases. Are backed by high quality investors and management have never done anyting nuts. Hiding bad news, diluting needlessly, not updating investors.

Personally not bothered about the mda. Mining is not an easy business and is capital intensive.

I would be more interested if they spin it out and just focus on recycling where we have less geopolitical risk and high chance of subsidies.

Last thing i want is a 20m gbp raise to support a low ROI investment in mining.

I found another one stating lcm get 15m usd.

I expect tanzania might resist paying and drag it out. Not worried as it was a unanimous decision, i cannot imagine an appeal where everyone changes theit mind :).

1. Oil prices are down

2. Wage increases will likely slow and become more.predictable

3. At some point rates will come down.

With such high revenue it just needs some small impacts to see good cashflow coming in.

The managements desire to limit dilution, shows some wraknesses. The company needs to be run like a 200m gbp company. Properly staffed with key hires to track down grants and significant offtakes. This cannot be run like a family business.

10pct dilution would have been fine. If it enabled ramping up production, showing profitability and also a professional external image.

A mindset shift is required

How can they justify at end of your contract. You pay x and get nothing. Or swap onto contract and start to pay x while owning a new phone.

In last video results presentation ceo said;

4 100 pct owned investments had positive judgements

4 in funds had positive judgements

Around another 4 had final hearings.

Given our return our investmemts are designed to give 1 to 4 multiple of inveated capital and within funds can be double, not sure why people are seeing risk to earnings.

Positive judgements are subject to appeal but we have it in our favour and while we wait time ticks on and our multiple improves!

Also in the shares presentation he implied almost unlimited support from lcm from fund investors

Not seen any silly timeframes he says study will finish when MTD is found in past. Now said C7 is last.
