I have watched gold stocks for long time. You cannot read accross like this.

1. What is recovery

2. Grade

3. Strip ratio

4. Access to infrastructure

5. Processing flowsheet.

All i think is if indian gov said could be worth 1bn, you use that as the floor in your calc.

Can they stomach doing what is required at this level. Giving away lots of the company.

Just crazy. Could have diluted 15pct at 4x higher level easily with convertible.

Now hard dor them to do anything as they give so much away personally

I looked at market comparables.

degray mining. aussie deposit. Slightly larger resource, lower grade, no by products. 1.3bn usd

greatland gold: aussie deposit. 30% interest in project. underground mining up to couple of km so harder/expensive. 350m gbp.

I have email from ceo. He is OOO until 18th with limited access to email.

Nothing will happen until CEO is back in office so time to chill probably for 2 weeks.

No way they would hand it back after all this.

Lcm funded and market cap is only 11m gbp.

Could be another greenx. That traded up to 140m gbp on their 700m+ gbp mining claim.

Yup gov might be seeing bids, with view that they have dialogue to settle it for say 50pct of what we get.

3. Backed by lcm.l a litigation funder who has 25yrs experience and 90%+ win rate

4. Gov of india even indicated it could be worth 1bn USD, yup in times of india.

5. Stocks with similar cases. Green ex. Trade at end at 20pct of damages.. 200m usd potentially vs 11m gbo today

I expect when the claim amount is announced ( should the this qtr). It will jump

The city refused to do the converible right. Even when securing the debt on assets and with right to get equity huge upside. They would not lend!.

Expansion needs funding. The city said we are not interested. Or if people are interested it will be at this low price with huge dilution.

With such bad leadership who would lend them money to even expand current project!

It is not really the point about how many ceo's would do this. The point is nobody will give money unless he does!!.

They are not backing his business. Probably lending 400k because he has collateral of 500k.

I think thia is the case of a family business where nobody challenges the head.

In another company there would be multiple views. Looking for CFO after you messed up your account production, cash forecasting and funding is just awful

When we had first sign of being capital constrained. Just do a convertible at discount. Get in 4m gbp, put in units.

It was just one of those things! And due to getting a cheap resource. No biggie.

Just a CEO who could not take the thought of dilution. Which makes you think he never believes in the big story.
