Given we have great margins i think there is a good chance we will get some debt to de bottleneck current operations.

As long as we are cashflow neutral, reworked dfs can go forward and so can strategic debt talks.

This will sound strange but i am not really valuing it on multiple basis. My view is more

1. Downside is limited if we show positive cashflow.

2. Upside can be huge if we land some favorable funding deal. There will be development banks available. However if a USA backed entity comes forward for strategic reasons we might get very good terms with minimal fuss.

As it is hard to measure ultimate upside from capacity expansion i am just happy to focus on point 1.
