With the Dems taking control of both houses - not yet confirmed - I would anticipate a strong further upswing in REE prices. USA is a huge market for wind and EV.

All good for Pensana as the project economies just get better. If PRE Mcap higher it becomes easier to borrow for the two builds and less dilutive with cash raising from new issue (don't expect that not to happen) and of course higher product pricing boosts that NPV more and more.

I think this will depend very much on how successful Pensana are at connecting their mine and its production to those who are demanding the magnets that are (and will remain aisi) the key to sustaining and completing this green revolution.

If they can act fast with a build up of this 'ore to magnet ingredient' production chain they will have a massive first mover advantage in the West, particularly in the now fast growing European magnet market for wind and ev.

World demand ahead for neodymium is looking to well exceed anything Pensana will be able to supply. Crucially this now includes China that has now moved to a net importer of REE. Previously they have been able to crush Western REE miners by market flooding so suppressing prices. The phenomenal growth in demand is to make this much harder ahead.

There is also now far more robust support from govs to reduce dependency on the PRC supply. This gives Pensana a very good chance. In time I expect they could deliver 5x the present proposed nameplate capacity from Sandsend with good planning.

Re UK Investor Atherley put much emphasis on the value added from the proposed UK operation.

With the projected 'explosive' rise in Ne demand through 2030 and beyond and Saltend being the only (so far) proposed RE concentrate to oxide to metal plant in the West I would think 4.5kt/y would be a starting point rather than a final 'name plate'.

Also since there are and will continue to be precious few from the myriad of RE explorers who will have the capability/resources ahead to build their own oxide/metal manufacture PRE should take third party feedstock IMO. Huge potential profitability in that when you consider that the present defacto monopoly buyer offers only around 30% of contained Ne market value for the present supplied TREO that's out there. Perhaps they will design Saltend to only accept their new suphate RE?

If what Adamas are projecting pans out and with Western govs finaly getting it that the RE to magnet chain needs more than hand wringing waffle but acual cash and action to escape the clutches of the Monopoly, Pensana could be the co to have an astonishing 'first mover' advantage with the first Western down stream RE plant. There is a 10bn+ co in the making if they play it right AISI.

That is simple, they now have an asset that is good.....and worth rapid bringing on- short time and low cost to a revenue stream. Does that make RBW good? They are improving and have a good find, it has put the valuation up 2 1/2 times. For RBW to bring it on they would likely have to go through the usual drill, JORC, PEA, BFS ect route - years. Wheras a cashed up co can bypass all that and they do.

AISI PRE will soon have the power to 'cash up' big style. If things go to plan they will also have an end to end UK plant that the more they feed (est 210kt of ~31% NeTREO in RBW stacks) the more cash will flow.

I get the impression from what the co are saying that they are prioritising Phalaborwa over Gakara re moving an asset t production. To me this now makes sense as both Capex to and time to production cash flow look to be significantly smaller numbers at Phalaborwa.

"The Placing proceeds will be used for general working capital purposes including:

-- The initial US$0.25 million consideration payable under the Phalaborwa Rare Earths Project earn-in agreement.

-- Drilling at Phalaborwa, commencing in December 2020, to demonstrate continuity of the expected grades to inferred resource classification.

-- Initial confirmatory metallurgical test-work at Phalaborwa to investigate the optimal processing options for recovery of the rare earths from the gypsum stacks.

-- Capital additions to the Company's trial mining fleet and pilot processing plant at the Gakara Rare Earth Project in Burundi to support further development of the trial mining operations, better utilising the capacity of the existing pilot plant. "

Phalaborwa could have a reserve defined in 12m, could be producing in 24. The Capex would be comparitivly very low. Opex sub $20/t NePr oxide.

Agreed GLR look not to be in a position presently to bring on Glenover further with a view to mining, so it's either sell it or, for little capex, further define and then ship on the 2.7mt stock pile.

RBW could well be a buyer there, they seem to be moving more toward the benification route - good money to be made.

I hold both these shares and see not just REE as moving to a cyclical bull run now but also expect good times for all industrial metals ahead. Economic reflation for growth to escape the 'mire' is the name of it ahead.

Hi.

I’ve been looking at and taking positions in REE for A while – a move away from gold as an anticipated world economic strong recovery roughly 2y play. With this trend I suspect GLR’s Glenover REE project might start to soon attract interest from the speculative ‘Herd’. Galileo look to be already on this they RNSed on renewing study at Glenover last year (12/6/19).

That then I think was motivated by a view that multiple factors were coming together particularly around supply-demand balance for Neodymium. Today with visibility clearing beyond the Covid shock, I expect (a soon now to be rapidly explosive) Western economies demand for Ne magnets to materialise. But also that growth hindered by mooted export restrictions coming out of China (~70% of world supply). This I figure will have a potentially large impact on pricing of REEs, particularly Ne and so consequently make many REE projects that have been dormant for some time quickly look far more viable and investable.

Similar to RBW’s Phalaborwa Rare Earths Project, the Glenover Farm site has large ‘dumps’ of REE tailings from previous mining/processing. It would not take a great amount of a) capital and b) time to bring that part of the total resource to production. This could make this asset particularly attractive to potential GLR investors quite soon IMO. From the 2011 PEA I’m guessing there are some approx 10kts of Ne2O5 contained in these surface stock piles. Ne prices are jumping at present and could be re-rating to much higher levels than the around $50/kg of the last few years:

If they also chose to separate out the Ne oxide from the TREO at site then one may be looking at earnings per tonne product at circa $100k with Ne pricing at anything around my expectation of $150/kg. ~$1bn project earnings.

It is definitely highly speculative but many pieces are now falling into place to create a severe squeeze on this – central to carbon reduction policies for transport and electricity, geopolitically fought over and also not in any immediately chosen (feasible?) way substitutable – (err.. yes.. useful…) metal.

Exciting times.

But this walks like a ramp and also talks like a ramp so do do your own research.
