you could ask the same thing of most posters here, sturm. john brings some new b@ll**** from pb every now and then. from there, people post fantasies about what pb has promised next. i respond.

ss, i've already mentioned why anyone calling someone 'short' is ret@rded. the problem is i feel compelled to remind people of the reality of this situation when they keep talking b@llocks about everything being rosy now. i'll do you a deal, all of you talking ramping ****e stop repeating yourselves and i won't need to respond.

as for not being able to predict the sp, i never said i could. i have mentioned what i think will happen and the reasons why. the issue is you don't like the prediction, but cannot provide any well reasoned argument as to why we'll be more than 25p in the next 6 months. the only way we can wash through 25% of shares (for now) at 16 & 20.5p is with some serious exploration find. and we will be lucky to have enough funds to do that in h2 next year. if i'm a fund manager and own 20% of this company, with a ceo and mgt track record like ours, then i'm averaging down for 20-30% on my 16p average every time the sp jumps to 20p or higher. and it will take over 6 months just to wash that holding. then you have the 20.5p holders. and we have a raise for +$7m hanging over our heads. that's the reality of what calamty baay has provided.

as for us being under-valued, i never said we weren't. that's why averaging down to under 20p makes sense, as risky as it would be with a f@cking clown like calamity baay in charge. but it doesn't mean the sp is going to get past 20p any time soon. you cannot comprehend how long it took for i3e to wash the shares from their 2 x mega-raises. they had far better, low-decline acreage in canada. easy to drill. far less debt. excellent mgt team. throwing off so much cash they were paying a +10% dividend for years. and yet it took an age for the share price to get past 10p from the biggest raise at 5p. and when they spiked to 15p one day they then announced another major raise for fantastic assets at 12p (i think). guess what, the sp dropped below 12p and stayed there for a while until it slowly edged up. then you had russia invade ukraine and it went bananas. the value difference with i3e versus here was far, far greater, and yet the sp took a year, not months, to get past the mega-riase prices. central is a decent deal, but nothing on what i3e pulled off twice.

hardole, the only time you have more than 1m shares is when you're jerk!ng off. i've been in and out of this share since pandemic days. on this occasion i've been holding plus adding for over 1 year. the reason i have 1m @ 22p is that i kept averaging down. and was quite open about what i was doing, to which sm can attest. if i have funds free up, i may even go again, as this is the only way you will be able to make money here in the next 12 months - getting your average below 20p.

as for lies, let's just stick with the recent goings on. firstly, we didn't need to raise as central was self-fundung. lie. and after calamity baay called a raise, over 6 months later, he said the bank didn't ask for it, after dodging a straightforward question about whether the loan was contingent on a raise. lie. he then talked about 'paperwork only' for the remaining funds. b@ll****, not a lie. and withheld information about the raise / loan relationship for 2 months, whilst being asked direct questions, and not mentioning anything even when the funds hadn't appeared. he also withheld information on the funds not appearing for 6 weeks. and that's just the last 6 months. so either you haven't been here for that long, or you're an absolute h@lfwit for even asking the question. i'm going with the latter.

fellas i'd suggest ignoring hard (zero) or he's likely to follow you around on other boards saying the same mor@nic **** to get a rise out of you. i call him zero because he has offered literally nothing here, or anywhere else, other than to make jibes about pis who are quite rightly f@cked off by an incompetent, deceitful car salesman in calamity baay. there is no way people should be taking responsibility for lyin paul misleading and withholding information about the loan terms. this is what caused the share price to crater from 20p to 13p. he's also responsible for doing a last minute raise with bucket shops to close a straightforward acquisition, when he could have done months before-hand at a higher price if he were remotely competent. but withholding the loan terms, and then having the raise hanging over us, is what has caused so much chaos.

issue with h@lfwits like zero is firstly they have pennies invested here ,so can afford to slag off people who have lost tens and even hundreds of thousands of pounds. but then you also have the blindly optimistic who haven't quite understood the implications of a mega raise now at 16p, another at 20.5p, another hanging over our heads, and a fraud for a ceo. they hear something else from lyin paul's mouth and hey presto, we're back to everything is great. i have made mistakes in my investing career, but what lyin paul has done here, and what happened at shg, are the only times when i've been fleeced by mgt.

ignore zero, or filter the !diot. you won't miss anything. most folks here, who have averages above 40p, are not going to get their money back. in order to do this you'll need to take an even bigger leap of faith and average down hugely whilst hoping there's nothing else lyin paul has withheld, and they don't f@ck up casc 4 (again). quite the risk to take.

Thanks BB3. All makes sense. Can you shed any light on what IWTO is talking about? I haven't found anything about Net Revenue Interest / Royalty figures, except for it being mentioned in a company statement in October 2023 relating to 3% production royalty for some of the additional leases they now own. Otherwise, nothing talking about royalty / revenue interest to the private landholders. The company has clearly stated that it owns 100% of the leases and development rights though. I've emailed the company, so can hopefully put this to bed. I think there has been some confusion over the estimated Resources only taking into account a small amount of the total leased landholding, and nothing. todo with production royalties. Otherwise we'd see it in broker reports, like this Auctus one.

As for Auctus, I think they are being way too optimistic in getting to $22m per well, and also missing a trick on the CO2. As a reminder my workings have been:

- 1mmcf flow rate (Report uses 750mcf). This is based on compression uplift of 5.5x previously, which means max of 2.75mmcf. Based on this, 1mmcf feels like a good place to start. It's also the number that Thomas used in a recent Q&A.

- 5% He (Report uses 12.5%). This again is based on something that Thomas said in an interview. A He result of 12.5% feels wildly optimistic, and would blow the doors off.

- He value = $500mcf (Report = $650mcf).

- 330 days production (Report unknown)

- CO2 benefit of 70% @ $25mcf, which are consistent with previous flow tests and average price for CO2. (Report does not include).

- $14m per well (Report $22m without CO2 benefit).

My numbers are far more conservative, but just goes to show what you could expect if they hit 1mmcf @ 10% He and $500mcf. For this you are looking at $22.5m per well combined with CO2 benefits. For 3.75mmcf field production you are only talking about 4-5 wells max, of which two are already drilled and ready for production. They can then drill one to two more to maintain production each year. That would account for a 25-45% decline rate per year. Easy to see how things can get a bit silly.

Zero, feel free to share your thoughts on the Auctus Research report, if you're capable of understanding any of it. Should be funny.

IWTO, where are you taking the net rights information from? As I said previously, the only net rights figures I have found are 3% royalty on the extended landhold leases. The leases are stated as 100% ownership of the mineral leases. This of course, does not cover production royalties, however I cannot find any of the information you are stating below in company literaure or releases.

agree dunder, it all sounds very positive, but only if calamity baay can stop presiding over such a calamity. we've all been here and have the f@cked t-shirt. so many interviews like this one, and yet the share price has dropped by 60% over 12 months, and 85% over 24 months. that's reality. it would seem, however, that calamity baay has convinced everyone that this time it's going to be different, so he will probably survive the next vote. regardless of whether the most recently stated aims happen, folks need to prepare themselves for an awfully long wait to get back to +30p (my opinion). there's 25% more shares sitting on 16p and 20.5p. and as much as lyin paul has said they may be able to waive the other 5% dilution, well, how many times has he said things like this over the years...? but that's now behind us, and if they can deliver on stated production and timings then it's conceivable this time next year most of the circa 25% of shares printed will be churned and the sp climbing toward 30p. there is also the joker in the pack, which is exploration success. issue here is i don't see how they can be paying down over $60m in debt + interest, paying for the $6m compressor, drilling wells in casc & central... as well as drilling some exploration in 2026. just because paul says so, most certainly doesn't make it true. gotta give it to him though, he's a great salesman.

barnholdt, really interesting pov. we haven't had a lot of dilution until recently, which has been an utter disaster, and there's not a lot to go considering 20% more shares have recently been printed.

Presentations on all the 'jam tomorrow' is what I've come to expect from Calamity Baay. This was no different. At least he recognised that Casc 4 & 5 were meant to be online in Q1. He even started to say they wanted to focus on the Central acquisition before checking himself to talk about the drilling mud issue. Maybe he felt his nose starting to grow. From what I've heard, if they don't f@ck anything up there's 20p in the next 6 months. Anything near 30p will be 2027 when the pricing changes for all contracts. Only thing that would change my mind on this is a big exploration find, which is unlikely to happen before H2 next year. Those numbers aren't because I'm deramping, it's just what happens when someone has picked up 20% of the company at 16p. And then there's the $6.5m at 20.5p. Let's see what happens with Casc 4 in the next 3 weeks.

IWTO, where are you getting this information from? I haven't seen it anywhere. The only reference to production royalties is 3% for extended leases on the privately owned land in a statement dated October 2023. To lose 75% would make it the most ridiculous net royalty in history.

What I have seen though, is 25% of the acreage they have 100% mineral rights over, is included in the current Resources estimate - is this what you are referring to perhaps?

SirMark, you seriously need to quit the rampy cr@p. You talk about raising at a premium - you mean the 16p last-minute mega-raise? The 16p raise!!! You know, the massive raise 4.5p below the last one that fell over. And we get a premium you say? Well woop dee doo. And no, we won't regain the 20's for a very long time. You wanna know why - because Calamity Baay just raised 20% of our issued shares at 16p.

The only way to make money here is to buy everything you can below 16p and then sell when it starts bouncing up to 20p. Or, you can wait and hope they get things right, and the 20% of shares at 16p are rinsed through. After that, you've got $6.5m of 20.5p shares to rinse through. Oh, and don't forget we still have a raise hanging over our heads.

as for me being harsh on people on john, i think you'll find i was responding to his post. and i don't think asking him to question pb's lies is being harsh. he defended a ceo who deliberately withheld information by saying he spoke 'clumsily'. nope, he was very considered in how he dodged the question. and worse still, he withheld that critical information for 2 months. same goes for the last minute mega-raise. why would you do this if you had central and bond funds soon to hand? either he wanted to dilute the hell out of us at 16p, or we needed the funds more than the fanboy club realise. but such a simple question doesn't fit the narrative. and as much as i admire john for doing so much legwork, he's more concerned about keeping an incompetent lying ***** of a ceo onside, than questioning his competence and the obvious bull**** coming from him. at what point will the fanboy club use the one thing they have to plainly communicate to calamity baay that he gets his **** together or all major pis will vote for his removal. maybe not enough to get it done but quite a big statement to the fat bod it's time for him to leave.

no doubt calamity baay's new mates at 16p will be more than happy for him to stay on.

as for him buying shares, great at 14p. he'll do even better than the guys he gave shares to at our expense at 16p. baay should be made to put all of his non-salaried package into shares at 20.5p. and he should be made to do it until the sp exceeds 20.5p. maybe that will give him an incentive to drive value for shareholders.

zero, you won't reply because you never do when called out on your bull****. you've got nothing on that '50% decline rate in the area'. as for the 'looks profitable', yeah i think we can all see that. maybe that's why thomas already has a $12.5m loan lined up for development. but please do some numbers and share with us. don't forget the co2 as well.

from my pov, it's just a matter of how much more profitable we will be versus hex per well, which is a great company and about to be a producer. but if this looks to be doing 2-3x per well, then i imagine we'll get a similar valuation at a minimum. hopefully we'll also get a lot of the dreamers over on he1, which is a train wreck.

Agree Reserved. And yes, my numbers refer to what production and financials COULD be. Read the questions and answers on the board here. It will provide some additional context for newbies. Any other q's then email Thomas, he does come back to you. You are 100% correct that our land position is being worked on. And this could be quite something.

SS, I'm starting to think one of those letters is for 'schmuck'. How you have done £40k and think everything that has happened is ok, is beyond me. You need to keep in mind that we're down far more than what you think, because a semi-competent CEO would have closed Central ages ago with a raise in the low 20's, and we'd be now sitting on 30p having Casc 4 & 5 flowing. Instead, we sit at half that price. I'm down £80k, but it's more like £160k, because 30p was my target. And to think the discord fanboy club criticised me saying that 30p was too low, and I was a deramper. TXP is AIM's greatest tragi-comedy now that HUM has gone the way of the Dodo. Dan Betts of course did well from his fat salary all those years.

also, i doubt anyone here is 'short'. it's a dumb@ss thing to say really. we're a ****ty little yoyo stock (thanks to pb) that wouldn't be worth the risk even if you could do it. and if someone was shorting the stock, say ross, don't you think he would be rubbing it in our faces? i mean, we're looking at close to 90% value destruction in 2 years. he'd have made a fortune, whilst the fanboy club and a few of us have lost a fortune. makes zero sense, and anyone saying it needs to give their head a wobble.

bottom line, we're at 14p thanks to a grossly incompetent ceo, who is also unbelievably untrustworthy. this recent, last-minute mega raise says a lot that the fanboy club haven't even click on. they have talked about the bond and central money, and yet we did this raise for close to $13m. why so much? and the fact lyin paul even says things like 'portillion still legally binding' when he would know full well if there was a way to get the money back, is laughable.

the reason so many lth's are under so much water is calamity baay. fact. the fanboy club need to ask the pr!ck some questions that scratch the surface, rather than just taking more of his lies and coming back saying 'don't worry, i've heard from lyin paul and he says don't worry, next quarter everything is going to explode, we just had some minor issues with x, y, z...'.
