The accounts you're referring to Lionel are for 30th June 2018, we signed the MOU for the testing programme in November 2018, so I reiterate, we don't know how much it's bringing in yet

You've no idea whether that statement is true or not. The exact state of the finances aren't common knowledge, so unless you have 'inside' information it's a daft thing to say

Residue testing was being paid for by the GOM, and presumably the new EOM will be paying to have their's tested as well. I'm not sure how much money that brings in but it could be making a decent contribution to the bank balance

Is it possible the funding is all but sorted, but just the strike price yet to be agreed. We could have a situation similar to the warrants, whereby the strike price will be determined from an average over a period of days. It's therefore in QFI's interest to push the SP up, but not so for the financiers

Or get the news out (especially a contract) which then strengthens their position in funding negotiations

You really need to get someone to show you how to work out percentages and fractions 3rd. The closing price when we delisted was 0.14p, so even if it drops to 0.04p that will be 29% of the original value, not 10% (one tenth) that you state

Difficult to determine the significance of this RNS, all a bit vague. But maybe this is the first step in what will eventually become our first real contract

I think the RNS had to be issued because something had leaked regarding funding discussions. That leak effectively put shareholders unaware of it's contents at a disadvantage, hence they had to then issue the RNS. The word 'seeking' troubled me and probably spooked a lot of holders. It seemed badly worded to me, but maybe it just had to be worded that way to satisfy the regulators

When the Exec chairman says in a video interview "a good investment opportunity versus where the share price was a couple of weeks ago", I doubt he can then issue an RNS regarding the SP movement

Just for the sake of accuracy and to balance the GW bashing, he held approx 27% prior to suspension and when we re-list he'll own approx 71%

So an increase of 44%, not the 60% 3rd is saying
