Why would I do that? Old INFT was an investment shell on AIM, new INFT will be a company on the main market with 26% of Transgas's assets

As it stands we'll have about 4.44bn shares in circulation. If £41m for Transgas is fair value then our 26% will equate to about 0.24p per share (20% higher than you were saying incidentally)

The interesting thing is GW will immediately take a 40% loss on his new shares if that is the case

Maybe there's something in the prospectus that will improve the valuation of Transgas

This is all well and good in theory but some parts of the world only have coal to burn. I have shares in BMN and they're going to supply coal to a new power station in Madagascar. I doubt the locals really care much about a bit more pollution if it means they'll finally have electricity

Lionel, what is suspect is that you continually get your facts wrong while claiming to be a holder. The last fund raise was not a placement or placing, as you keep saying, it was an open offer, to existing share holders. And they didn't come 'cap in hand', it was the preferred choice of the BoD in conjunction with the request of major shareholders. I'm not sure why you have difficulty with that, it's been spelled out several times
