No dates have been given for the publication of the prospectus or the listing itself. The migration was completed earlier than the guide date though, so hopefully not too much longer now

Before suspension we had approx 1.75bn shares. Approx 2.69bn new shares are being allocated to GW. That's approx 1.5 times the pre-suspension share issue. If you're going to post FACTS, then try to be accurate

3rd, I don't want to see a 'supposed prospectus' I want to see the actual one that INFT are going to publish

It should contain all sorts of information that will hopefully make potential investors want to buy shares, how they valued Transgas for example. It should also contain other nuggets like director remuneration, who the large holders are, plans for fundraising (if any), what they're going to do with those (if any) funds, etc

In short, a wealth of information we don't have right now

Agree Prep, and at 3.65p it's still pretty much priced to fail

I think we're at a watershed moment now where many 'fence sitters' will look back and ask themselves 'why didn't I buy then, the signs were all there'

I used to regard QFI as a binary bet, with Maersk it was success or failure, with KSA it was success or failure, but now with our multiple partners, it's more like a raffle. Don't win that prize, oh well, still in the draw for the next one, and the next . . .

stumpy10, the deal didn't 'collapse'. The fast-track option (MSAR supplied by CEPSA) could not proceed because of the dispute between the oil company and the electricity company. Although it didn't lead to a trial, 5 of the 7 contracts were indeed signed. That alone was a great achievement by the BoD and should be applauded. It shows they have the right project management skills, and most likely what has brought Freepoint to the table. Rafid group have now been replaced by Al-Khafrah and we can hopefully now look forward to the trial commencing

As you can tell, I'm very positive about the future of this company, which is why I've averaged down when possible, and I'm not sitting on a huge loss blaming everyone but myself for my investment decisions

Using posting history as a benchmark (your choice), your first post in Nov '17 makes you the newbie. For the record I first bought QFI shares in Nov '13, but I mostly posted on iii until they ruined it

Stumpy, did you listen to the recent conference call? They covered the issue of being able to manage the various projects. Also the recent agreement is an MOA, which puts a greater level of commitment on both parties

Correct jackg123, the 'fast track' project where CEPSA would supply the fuel was scuppered by the dispute. As far as I'm aware the project has never been cancelled, and as you say, we just need a new supplier now the dispute is resolved. Makes me wonder why CEPSA wouldn't be that supplier now, but hopefully another one is being lined up

Stumpy10, I think you're being a bit paranoid there, 'stabbed us in the back'? Last time they got 5 of the 7 contract signed, the problem was the dispute between the oil company and the electricity company. Obviously our old partners, Rafid, were unable to 'un-cork' that blockage, to put it in Mike Kirk's terms

As far as we know that dispute is now resolved, and our new partners, Al Kahfrah group are much more influential

Why let them have another go? Quite simply because it's a monster prize . . .

Agree S&W, the synergy between Freepoint, QFI and Limetree Bay would appear to be a compelling case for local MSAR production and consumption, and yet we still have to wait to see if our deductions have merit

We can yet but dream of the perfect storm, simultaneous announcements relating to Maersk, KSA, JGC, Freepoint . . .

Any and all of which could be imminent (or not of course, hence the 3.4p SP)

That's surely shoddy journalism. It's implying that only 0.5% sulfur fuel oil will be available after 2020, hence a big price hike. But we know that many ships are preparing to use HFO with scrubbers, so regular HFO will still be available. If the emissions regulations are also going to apply to fuel burnt for power generation then they'd just need to fit a scrubber on the boiler? And then it would make far more sense to burn MSAR rather than HFO, which I guess is your drift S&W?

None, so that just leaves 30% in free float, most of them owned by PI's who are holding out for big gains
