I'm quite happy with the SP. I plan on buying more soon so would love to be able to acquire more at this price

I'm also glad that S & S don't seem to be overly bothered about trying to increase the SP. They have a plan and they're sticking to it. Frankly the SP could stay flat for months or years yet. As long as they eventually sell the assets or possibly the whole portfolio for multiples of what they cost, we'll eventually get our rewards. Also glad that the traders are staying well clear, nothing to see here, move along . . .

If the company re-lists on the main market the reporting conditions are clearly outlined, there will be no elusiveness, that you suggest

I think you're allowing your dislike of GW (the individual) to cloud your judgment regarding this investment. Once it is a listed company the combined board of directors will be responsible for the running of the company. It's not going to be a 'one man band' in the same way it was during suspension

This is how absurd your argument is. GW only gets £10m if the shares are worth 0.4p. If the shares are worth 0.4p we all gain at least 2.85 times our investment (based on the closing price)

You should be careful 3tl, any gains you make here might be taken off you by GW's libel lawyers . . .

Why?

INFT was a cash shell worth about £2.5m. Transgas has PEDL licences which would appear to be worth an estimated £40m. He is selling 26% of Transgas to INFT for £10m (all assuming the SP holds at 0.4p)

Anyone who bought in around the 0.1p range will 4-bag, others may do better, some not as good. Once re-listed we'll have the option to sell or hold, or add

I think we should support the company that we've invested in 3rdtimelucky. If they think this is the best way to come back to the market, and build a real company (as oppose to a cash shell which we were before), then who are we to argue

The other choice is to vote against, forcing them to come up with a different strategy, which may or may not be acceptable. Meanwhile we're locked out of our funds

I prefer the swifter option, so that at least I'll be able to decide if I stay in it or not after the re-list

After waiting more than 2 weeks now for the email alert, I've just phoned them and been told they don't send out emails for EGM's. Basically, they have a spreadsheet and you need to tell them how you wish to vote, they add it to the spreadsheet, and the spreadsheet will be forwarded on to the company at the appropriate time

Oil company profits can be anything. Depends on whether you're a small operator just tapping into a known resource, or a 'BP' investing massively in exploration, research and development

My point is that it's not relevant to the main RBD business model. The income from California assets will be used to fund further drills and also presumably operating cash for the business, until the whole thing is sold off

Why are you referring to profit margins of oil companies? RBD is not an oil company, totally irrelevant and misleading regarding how RBD will monetise their assets. They're not looking to 'ensure a secure business base' they'll flip each asset once they've proved the value of the resource

Achieve what BBN? The desire to give dividends? With regard to the dividend policy, that is all BMN have achieved so far, a commitment to produce a policy that hasn't yet materialised, which is no better than a desire

I like your posts, I still like the fundamentals, but I agree with knuttie here, the longer we go on without even saying why it's not been produced is damaging to the company, in my opinion

Wasn't 'a hope' it was a 'will' in last years final results, two 'will's actually:-

'The Board recognises the importance of returns to shareholders, and consequently it has determined that during the second half of 2018, Bushveld Minerals will define a capital allocation framework, which will outline an approach and strategy towards shareholder return, value creation through investments and financial performance'

So for me that's an F, and 'could do much better'
