VM I believe it was around £200k per month when the directors were taking a reduced salary. Since then they've been put back on full pay, which was a positive indicator for me

Without Stephen and Sachin there really is no Reabold. This is the beauty of the business model, it's lean and mean and can rapidly take advantage of opportunities as they crop up. It's also the potential downfall as well as we completely rely on being guided by the pair of them. They have always said it's a short window of opportunity, and that may be just the way they want it. Get in, make your money, get out. I would imagine when we liquidate they'll both be wealthy young men. Who knows what they've got planned afterwards, more finance deals, running a small hotel in the Cotswolds, sailing round the world, whatever. Let's just enjoy this ride they're taking us on and when it's over we should all be smiling

Exactly that Dan. They will already have screened many targets that need say £3m to £5m, they may still have some of them in their sights. Step that up to looking for £30m to £50m prospects and it's a huge new undertaking

I've seen the video before, check out 16.12 where he mentions returning cash. My take on that is when the right kind of opportunities are no longer present, say of the magnitude they're already comfortable with. But maybe Simon Said has a better handle on that?

Going after suitable assets in the £50m+ range is going to need a lot more manpower. I may be wrong about this but I believe they've always said they don't want to build a big company, just exploit a window of opportunity

I'm not sure we'll re-rate to 6p, simply because if RBD end up with say £250m then surely they'll return the bulk of that to shareholders as a special dividend? Which incidentally, if it were around £200m would be approx 5p per share. After that the SP would reflect the remaining prospects and assets?

Lionel, I've already replied to you about this but you persist in repeating it. There was never going to be anything new in the call. He can't give out information that is not already known. I don't think it was the best call I've listened to, I prefer the 2-man set-up where Jason can fill in on details as well, but he did reiterate some positive prospects, and it was good to get a handle on his relationship with Bergen, and why their interests are aligned with our success

Lionel if you look at dustofnations post where he said there was a tonne of good stuff in the CC, there are indeed many positives. That post has been rec'd 6 times, so twice as many are encouraged as the trio that are less confident. That's a big endorsement in my opinion, albeit the sample is fairly small

Worth noting, when the strike price of the share options for directors was being negotiated, they were set at approx 3 times the SP at the time, and all the directors thought that was fair. So they were happy to have the options set at 7.5p. If you had options at 7.5p, where would you want the SP to be before exercising them? Presumably there'll be capital gains tax to pay on them (although I stand to be corrected on that), double, treble, quadruple? Is that any indicator as to where we're heading?

You are correct Lionel. No new information was released during the call, just additional details about the funding and prospects already known to us

Mike has previously said that 2019 WILL be the year that QFI delivers one of those opportunities (or words to that effect) and as far as I'm aware he hasn't revised that
