Roxy , It’s not about being negative, it’s about a balanced view. TBT and a few others trash anyone who has an opinion opposite to there BOOM, this is going 4p, 8p multibagger. They post multiple times every day and have done for ages.

The reality is the CEO etc took a cut in salary due to financial constraints and poor performance over several years.

They had no sooner done that when Gazelle turned out to be better than predicted, which is fantastic. However this has to be tempered with H2 , which has overrun any reasonable timescale for a workover and is probably over budget and struggling to be made commercial. Gobi is now put of to next year , Tax issues remain to be resolved due to administration ?? Which is now turning into a saga. JV talks are still underway

There are positives , but some of the issues , tax etc are taking way too long to resolve . Is it poor management or just the way things work in Mongolia? Who knows.

I think any JV partner will play hard ball as they know we lack the finances to rapidly drill multiple wells on our own.

MB might be trying his hardest but I fear it might not be the outcome shareholders expect

I think anyone who has held shares will not be surprised at the wa y the share price is reacting.

MB declared low cost high impact work on H2 , Gazelle and Gobi. Out of these only Gazelle has delivered, and how , even MATD were caught out . Which begs the question on how they interpret the test results

We acid washed H2 back in August and since then have extended works to try and make it commercial but so far have failed. So out of a year that promised huge amounts we have probably overspent on H2 instead of going into Gobi

Electrification of H1 is still to happen, no news on JV or buyout and Tax is still problematic

In other words the people who predicted ,Boom , 85BPD from H2 , JV done , Sunsteppe doing deals are now trying to blame those with a less rosy outlook for there poor predictions, rather than the fact that MATD is poorly run.

Lots of speculation on MATD by both sides , the optimistic and the pessimistic. just out of curiosity the RNS on 25th Oct 24 announced production startup on H1. The RNS on 13th March announced approx 25,000 barrels of production.

139 days between the 2 dates , means ……180 barrels per day . Fact not fiction , but let the discussion begin …lol

You can see why the people get confused about what we are trying to achieve on H2

It seems to have gone beyond any of your stated time frames. As for people taking 20-30% profit , well done them, its there choice and any profit is surely a good thing.

Personally I think lack of news on H2 means its non commercial

Good to see we expect Gazelle to be a high producer, the previous testing regime on the well must have been a bit poor as its taken everyone by surprise, including MATD

As a footnote, You may disagree with people’s opinion, but it doesn’t say a lot when you and Teabag gloat over people losing money on investments.

Manxkipper, got to agree that MB wont be issuing RNS every single day , but news on Gazelle was released within a week of operations starting

H2 was acid washed on 26th August , nearly 2 months ago. MB might be storing up a super RNS declaring Tax JV and H2 news but MATD and MB have a habit of releasing poorly worded RNS just as we gain momentum and share price starts rising

Hopefully we get a an RNS next week , even if its just to update cash flow for oil sales

Using H1 as a quick guide , our best well to date producing 150BPD ,that means we need …….another 100 H1 oil wells drilled and producing by 2027 to meet expected demand.

I like to see MATD on the rise but 30p post refinery ?? MB will have sold out by then

More importantly , do you think the delay in declaring H2 output is due to that they may be struggling to make it commercially viable as a producing well? I think you quoted 85BPD .

Im sure the next RNS will clarify H2 output, tax problems and JV issues. As long as the share price keeps rising Im happy

Just out of curiosity Abzzbaaa, do you think H2 will be producing any oil by the time the refinery is open ? I think it may be a non commercial ,due to the extended time frames on work over and lack of news .

Been awhile since I last posted on here and got to admit there’s been some excellent news , share price almost doubled from its low point and we have oil flowing from Gazelle , so much so that it even caught MATD out.

The power line has been installed to Heron to reduce costs, but, there is no news on H2 and no work on Gobi this year.

My feeling is that there struggling to get H2 to flow at commercial rates maybe Azbbbaaa can correct me with the reasons for no news and the extended time frame. I mean , the acid wash was completed on 26th Aug,

Bearing in mind I did get my maths wrong for H1 and said it looked like had dropped from 150 to 130BPD, he quite rightly corrected me to several decimal places and got 190 BPD .
