PC have delayed by months paying MATAD for its produced oil, when we did get paid they held back 30% saying they were

unsure of the tax position, effectively starving MATAD of the working capital they required for this years low cost operations at our already drilled H2, Gazelle & Gobi wells.

Describing it a low cost operation but have now just said were spending a fortune on H2 to develop it ?

So , is it low cost or is it a significant investment , a bit like the sand screens and 500BPD on H1 , or was it the 5p by June

Think MATD would be telling us if it was a significant amount, there tone sounds more subdued than you predictions

The beam pump will be installed to recover fluids ( acids etc) and hopefully create a flow of oil .

PC will be very happy to provide a pump and tanks for mates at a cost while MATD take the risks

Facts are.

1: H2 well acidization has been completed.

2: During the pre-acid clean up gas and oil were observed in greater concentrations than those seen in the original well testing programme conducted in October 2024.

3: H2 well will now be completed by running completion string and bringing beam pump and oil tank etc onsite.

4: Once completed the well will be put into production and the daily bopd advised after pumped tests have been conducted.

I agree with everything you have mentioned above , apart from point 4, there is no mention of BOPD to be advised . The beam pump is being installed to recover the 640 barrels of fluids injected and hopefully create a definitive test on well

320,000 income , stated over 61 days at $40 dollars = 130BPD , now , if we add 30% for TAX we get around 170BPD

But if we take it that MB stated in a previous RNS that we were getting above $40 per barrel then the amount produced will drop

Think my figures are based on stated figures rather than Azbbaaas 800- 1000 BPD from H1 in previous posts

Also , acid wash if successful generally increases production by 40-74% , H2 was producing below 30 BPD so looking at MAX of 50 BPD. September will tell, everything else is speculation

Ive not made comment on this board for awhile , too much speculation and rubbish spouted by the WOS faithful.

RNS shows that H1 is producing around 130-150 BPD based on the income stated

H2 is going to be stimulated and retested and turned into a water injection well if the acid wash fails

Discussions are ongoing with parties about JV

In reality, nothing much has changed in the last few months, we have one producing well, we are still sorting out TAX issues

H2 may turn into a producer or may not. Role on September and we will get a true idea , till then everything is speculation

You’re quite right we hit oil in H1 ,but in October 2019 with all the flow results recorded in RNS , its taken till 2025 to get it out

You can listen to Abzzba and his rhetoric or just read the RNS from 30th May that quoted H2 being turned into a Water injection well to support H1 production. No fracking or acid use mentioned to increase H2 production

Remember this is the same person who quoted 5p-10p-12p share price and 800-1000BPD all in time for the oil refinery to come online 2024/2025 was his original date , think he’s revised that 2027.By which time MATD will be bust or bought out

Heron 1

After several months of production from Heron 1 on natural flow, the reservoir pressure has declined in line with the trend seen in Block XIX production wells and the originally installed beam pump to lift oil to surface is now in operation. The pumped production rate of the well is averaging circa 160 bopd with low water cut below 6%. Based on the results of successful reservoir pressure support programmes applied in Block XIX, we are reviewing the merits of converting the Heron 2 well into a water injector. Pressure support can enhance daily production and overall recovery.

It also states that the refinery’s completion will be in 2024 ? How many figures do you get wrong

Quoting 800-1000BPD and 5-10p min per share at the beginning of the year ,now saying 160BPD is good and 3p reasonable?yet telling most people the were pessimistic or derampers when quoted by others

Now posting that 5700litres of diesel per month is a major expenditure??, £ 8,000 a month if I buy from my local garage?

I hope MATD would get it cheaper than that if MB is as good a you think

I guess we will save money on electricity as its only £5000 for a very basic 50kva transformer,not including switchgear, and £3000-5000 per km for a 3 phase line depending on terrain and that’s if its not an HV power supply which will increase costs and of course, the electricity will be free ?? If we are so desperate to save costs in diesel then we are truly struggling.

Investor33, my take on it is this we have increased our “cost “as you say by 100% to $10 million to do what ?

Generate an income of $1.18 million, of which we have received $0.81 million

Unless things improve in the second half of this year we cannot keep this up.
