Hi Azzbaa are you using the same AI predictor for the hot wash on H1 as you did for the acid wash on H2 . Let’s take our best producing well out of service when prices are rising to complete a hot wash ?? In the off chance it might give us 20% more??

Tell me , is that in line with the rubbish you spouted about the acid wash on H2 being successful and we were already pumping 60-80bpd ? I think the RNS stated we were pumping fluid and it had a shown a little oil and the refill rate of the reservoir was low which was concerning

Here we are into the second week of March , still no update on wording of 2026 sales agreement and no news on imminent JV

Such a pity we didn’t get H2 into production or visit Gobi as part of the low cost high impact 2025 programme. Would have been great to have 4 wells in production and take advantage of the rising prices

Just wondering why the wording of the 2026 sales agreement is taking so long? I thought MATD would have it ready to go after the debacle of 2025 and withholding of funds etc . I suppose they never thought to start it early

Proquo ,I think if you review the presentation that MB gave, he stated that he expected full payment of withheld payments by January certainly by February

Under international rules , Tax Payments can only be withheld for up to 6 months , PC took it to the limit then paid up .No fancy negotiating or other reasons

Now we are 2 months into 2026 and MATD are still trying to sort out the wording for 2026 sales agreement

I wouldn’t expect an RNS on today’s date , but wasn’t the Tax issue expected to be resolved by end of January? Possibly February?

Here we are midway through the month and no news . The recent share price rise showed the market expected it

Azbbaaa the potential shown by the competent persons report and various sources is well known. The problem with MATD is the way we have approached its extraction, H1 and Gazelle , fantastic , H2 shutdown and waiting assessment and we didn't even get to Gobi which was planned in for last year. Remember the high impact low cost work programme !!

You decided at one point that H2 was producing 50-80BPD without any firm news , just based on assumptions that an acid wash can , at times,increase production by 75% or more . The acid wash on H2 has failed to produce anything at this point

Apart from liquid with traces of oil, rather than oil with traces of liquid

We have resources , but are poor at getting them extracted and to market , I mean .,2 successful wells out of 20 drilled?

No news on Tax or JV and we are now into February , hopefully resolved soon or an RNS to update Gazelle output or developments on renewables

My view on MATD remains less than positive as our time lines seem to be getting extended

Hi investor, yes it may be a small amount and others may have more invested , but I notice you failed to specify how much you have invested in here, not that it’s anyone’s business . A financial gain is what we aim for, not a loss

Just more innuendo and no substance . No mention on your thoughts on H2 , Tax , Gobi or why MB is taking on other roles .

I bought into MATD many years ago and have become disappointed in progress and the way the company release news

We were promised low cost high impact work on H2 , Gazelle and Gobi. If you rule out Gazelle, which even surprised MATD,can you tell me ,using your greater intellect and use of grammar what else has been achieved

Investor, a shareholder is a shareholder no matter how big or small the investment. I see you like to belittle those who decided not to invest as much as you in MATD. That’s not very polite of you.

However your figure don’t matter much to myself.

I firmly believe MB is readying himself to move on , the deal that everyone’s expects is going to come from PC and it won’t be in our favour. Why should it be ? We didn’t achieve an output from H2 , and didn’t get get to Gobi.

Gazelle was a highlight in a rather poor 2025, A year full of promise ,I mean wasn’t the Tax supposed to be sorted , JV done?

Whoever does a deal will have to drill in excess of 60 successful oil wells to meet production for the refinery

That’s expensive ,especially if you factor in the amount that may be dusters .

But you’re entitled to your opinion . How much skin do you have in the game ? Or are you all about correcting grammar and trying to stop open discussion as it doesn’t meet your inflated opinion ?

Why has it taken so long to sort out the Tax, why is H2 not producing oil at this time ? Why did we not go to Gobi as planned?

MATD is making money , but not enough to rapidly develop in any decent way to supply the refinery.

Watch this space, MB and the board are going to recommend a buyout either that or a JV with less than favourable conditions

Last RNS. should that MB is preparing his exit from MATD , either that or he has time for other roles elsewhere.

He can proudly state on his CV that he has taken MATD from an explorer to producer with a wide portfolio of renewables.

We have been waiting for Tax problems to be resolved for well over 6 months , we overspent on H2 instead of developing Gobi. Which was supposed to be part of our low cost high impact in 2025, Remember, H2 , Gazelle and Gobi all supposed to tested etc

Out if the 3 only the work on Gazelle achieved anything

Weren’t you the one who quoted 100BPD and 12p per share by the end of 2025 ? You also quoted that H2 was producing oil when in fact it is producing fluid , as in ,recovering the results of the acid wash from AUGUST 25, the oil shows have increased but still not commercial .

Go read the RNS from Sept 25 it hinted at imminent solving of Tax problems . Low cost work on H2 , Gazelle and Gobi and discussions on JV progressing . What parts have been achieved so far?

MB has decided that his skills can be used elsewhere and is preparing his CV to exit from MATD probably saying that he has taken us from an explorer to a producer , a company with a renewable portfolio that is of great value and an offer in the wings .
