Just like news of these imminent contracts..... we are still waiting. What I don't get is if there was an agreement that the NOMAD would resign after the results then it wasn't a surprise to the Board of Directors so my question is do the Board of Directors need to wait till the official resignation before approaching a new NOMAD? And this is the reason for the delay? Other question is if there is contract wins during the time of no trading are the directors obliged to update the market immediately or do they sit on this until trading in AIM behind again?

Let's wait and c. My main issue is this imminent arrival of new broker. That's 10 days now and yet no word

What's the timescales for getting new broker? And if we don't get this imminent new broker then what??? Suspended from AIM until we do? Surely there is going to be some P.ssed off investors that will be wanting R out..... What's everyone's feelings? Can't believe this all stemmed from him buying a F...ing house.

I know the latest RNS says new broker is imminent but so was all these contracts which were in the pipeline. Are we going to be still trading in few weeks or is all this just Another pie in the sky belief? Hope I am so wrong and that I have backed a winner but the very fact am invested here for 5 figures gives me some serious concerns

Yeh am gona do the same. Time to wait and watch. Put it this way if there is investment at much higher price from people in the know then they know it's going up so anything lower is short term and will bounce back. Time to trade

Is this common? Why would this be delayed considering they have known the date since June? Anyone with any thoughts? Is this the typical AIM where people panic and sell, share falls to around 17p and then they release the results which are extremely positive followed by director buys followed by new contract wins and the share price rises to 35p in space of 5 trading days????? Wonder how right or wrong I will be?

Mate it's only going to go one way. I am also in Sound Oil and that's the same. Both represent 90% of my portfolio. I have been invested in CBUY since 2011 as seen the potential back then. The main thing for me what there strategic plan of going worldwide and taking a % of the turnover rather than a flat fee. That last update mentioned 3 trillion pounds worth of revenue so far going though there spend profile. There market cap is £24m or thereabouts. The company will go from strength to strength and It's just a matter of time before this rockets.

I work in procurement and no the full benefits of this type of solution. I fully expect this share to be over a £1 this time next year. That's why I am heavily invested. Watch this fly after the 10th September. Although the one thing that p.sses me off is the lack of detail that comes out with the contract awards. But this trading update is crucial to my invest strategy

Well that's the universities tied Up now for the big news from the national framework across all LAs. And when they win this this share price will fly.... Still expecting news around may / June

National contract news to follow very soon. News should hit us by end of may at latest. Fingers crossed atuk are 1 of the approved suppliers

Recon any news on the large national framework will be after 23rd march. Prob end of April / may at the latest. Estimated value..... £125m pa potential 4 yr contract.... Come on atuk.... Get on this and the share price will fly

Quick google search based on government contracts and Eprocurement and u can find out there is a massive framework ready to be awarded. Fingers crossed Atuk are 1 of the suppliers.
