Good to no but only downside is with 11 days of trading and prob consecutive share price reduction the price will no doubt be about 4p and then what? Good results brings it back to 6-7p or crap results and I think it's time to switch of the life support and put us all out our misery. Been invested here for 6 years and believed the Duncan's hype. How wrong was I. I just hope for there sake and everyone elses that this starts to go back up.

Day on day no news. Communication for PIs non existent. Someone please tell me why has there been a no vote of confidence in the directors. Just look at the share price in past 3 years. Actually embarrassing and been on a life support since then. I know the Nomad and Directors read these forums so sort it out and start communicating and bringing value to the share price and stop milking us all dry

The communications from this company is nothing short of embarrassing tbh. Not even a communication saying that the have no reason as to why the share price has plummeted . Stinks of insider trading tbh. Have lost a fortune on this company and Duncan's blatent lies and not one apology from him for his blatent ramping of the share and his selling of his shares to buy his house.

Telling u now this mr sella pish is a total cover up. This is not a new investor this is a disguise by the Duncan's to buy back there shares again at a lower rate that what they sold.

Can anyone help me please. Trying to find the RNS from broker last year that stated there was no reason as to why the share price plummeted from 40p plus down and down again.. Oh that's right there wasn't one despite honest Ron lying to investors regarding his purchase of his house based on selling his shares with a view to not buying them back. Yet the other day we get an rns saying they note the recent share price movement and state it's cause of re financing. I am sorry but this company stinks and the sooner this clown is removed the better. Honest Ron cannot be trusted to run a bath never mind a company unless he's going to stick his head in it and try to count to 10 mins And as far as I am concerned I still 100% believe that mr duncan has bought his shares back under the disguise of mr sella and his associates.

I will tell u what we are missing. Duncan has pulled the wool over everyone's eyes. Remember this is the guy that didn't come clean on what he hid by selling all his shares to fund his house. Everyone like myself has asked why hasn't he bought back in at these levels? Why? We have gone from blatent ramping by Ronald Duncan all on the basis that he wanted to ramp up the share price and then sell to buy his house to absolutely no news whatsoever. ******* disgraceful. Trev because us PIs are being taking on a ride by the directors you have been found out to be blatent liars with a great imagination who can manipulate their companies share price for the benefit of themselves. Ie a new house. No matter what news is in the pipelines the damage has been done in term of trusting the Duncan's. I will be using my vote at the next AGM to vote no confidence in them and also God forbid if they issue a negative trading update which request further financial backing with further bull****e promises then I will cut my massive losses and watch as the company goes under. I ain't gona invest in one man and one ladies pipe dream of bull should a negative update be forthcoming,

safman: Good evening.. From Rockstar.. Just been looking at the size of the Ohio and Ontario Schools opportunity. Both have annual budgets near $20bn. Even if just 25% goes via the portal then they have scope to be $50m each revenue generators.Ontario has 2m students and Ohio 1.8m. They are both on a 200 school pilot at the moment. Every one of us has been lied to by the Duncan's. Every RNS in the past was written with a belief that the company was going to make millions. Yet there was never transparency on the numbers via contracts. Total pie in the sky stuff . There is a job going at my local shopping centre. It's for a clown. Agree. Time for the Duncan's to fuk off back to there new built house. Another 7% wiped off the value of the company today. Continues to get worse and worse. Why has the Duncan's not been topping up behind the scenes. Am telling u there is something no right here with this company and his leadership. You have 2 large investors walk away, u have a nomad resign, you have duncan getting shot of a **** load of shares at 33p to buy a house, you are then taken on a ride by believing that sella has come to the rescue. It actually wouldn't fuking surprise me now with this company if sella is using some of Duncan's money (under the associates part) to buy up his shares without it looking like a stitch up to the market. Think about it. We have a guy who makes a **** load of money to buy a house and he has the opportunity to buy back at a fraction of that cost for same shares yet we have not seen that happening? Why cause it would be perceived in the market as something of a major conflict and breach of trust to long term shareholders. So he heads to America and has a saviour in sella possibly using his own money. I am now starting to believe my own conspiracy . I can't win now cause I am heavily invested but in the same way I want total financial ruin for this clown but in the other hand I want my money back and out of this dog of a share

FFS ronald Duncan what are u and your sales team doing. A still think there is something fishy with mr sella and his associates, I hope am wrong but what is there anything stopping mr duncan being on his associates? How do we find out who mr sella's associates are? It's getting nearer to crunch time and placing IMHO and that will be even more evident should there be no increase in sales via contract wins.
