I to read this the other day and hope you are right but let's face the facts we wouldn't be where we are today if he hadn't traded in his shares to buy a house . That to me is unacceptable . He must have known what that would have done to the share price and peoples investment but HE chose to act with self interest , again if this is him buying behind the scenes then again for his own pockets he has played a blinder as he gets to buy back all his shares and possibly more at a fraction of his value and has a nice big house in the bargain . Time will tell .

Do u honesty think a placing would be successful or do u think CEO would need to go before this was done?

As all u can do is invest on a company based on what market updates tell u and we all no now that we were lied too.

I agree with u mate . I can't see it any other way but the only way that will be successful of the removal of the Duncan's. No one in their right mind will invest in a new placing after what they have done with their shares and recent house purchase and the very fact they mislead the market which resulted in the nomad resigning. I think that's what is causing the delay. I recon there is some sort of stake building behind the scenes (my opinion) (late trades reported again today) and for what every reason the market is not being updated of the developments in real time. There is something seriously wrong with this company. I would love to say what I really want to say but realise it would get me into trouble but i am now of the opinion that my investment is now fuked and what I don't want is people coming on believing that there is an opportunity to invest and make money without new investors knowing exactly what there getting into so I will continue to post on this site and make sure that if this placing does come that there is as little take up as possible and that there company goes down the pan just like my investment. Bull**** bastards

Trev am the same. I can't sell now as locked in and actually sold half my holdings in sound oil to invest more in the dip but then the dip continues. It's just embarrassing now and it seems to me that our CEO is only interested in lining his own pocket for short term gain. When u think about the fact that the share was suspended for best part of 3 weeks, all the bull **** that's been spouted from him about being bigger than google and amazon etc, about the fact that that we have a new nomad which on the basis of how the share has performed since then tells me that there was prob a deal struck there to get as much out of the sinking ship before the ship actually sinks, also how he only invested in 50,000 shares when coming out of the suspension. In my honest opinion and reading between the lines and the very fact I am still waiting on a response back from finance director and also my email questions were not answered tells me that there all in it together. Talk about how horse racing is fixed and football, just look at the way some of these companies are run on this AIM. U can spout a lot of ****e, manipulate the market and then sell ur shares to buy urself a nice big house and yet you get away with daylight robbery without ever going to prison. Only the other hand u could get 7 years for walking into a shop and robbing the till of £300. All in the day of an AIM company and Cloudgoodbye

As even when glasgow rangers were on there ars in scotland there CEO had the balls to come out and at least try to appease the market.

I think it's being worked down for the benefit of certain individuals who can buy and then sell at a time and make substantial profits. Or to average down but what ever it is it ******* stinks and that's why I think the CEO is in on this. I have been involved in few companies where the share price has risen by 100% and then an announcement stating no real reason for the rise. Similar when the price has dropped . But nothing here. Why is that the case mr duncan? Your silence is an embarrassment to ur company.

Is absolute staggering. From 18p to 6p in matter of weeks yet no update from CEO. This guy is the worst ramper I have came across on AIM. Absolute farcical and a shocking way to run a company. If there is a placing to had in the near future even at discount rate and the very fact I will lose thousands I really hope no one takes it up and this guy ends up ruined. All he has done is contestantly lied about his company and deceived investors.

Continued drop tells me there is a leak. Also the fact that no additional holding RNS means no director buys or Sella buys.

Very surprised not to see an update to market this morning. Especially with regards to the volume of trades yesterday.

I would be amazed that this guy was not in the background acquiring more shares to average down and potentially become major shareholder. Question remains though, what is his game plan? At these prices and volume I think there is a very old chance it could be the case. Could we be seeing a move to oust the CEO of that's the case? Interesting times ahead
