News which is disseminated through regulatory news channels, which includes RNS, must be deemed to be price sensitive and in this situation this was not deemed to be the case.

How do we find out who his associates are? What is stopping ronald Duncan being one of his associates? Serious question?

How do the market makers get away with not disclosing what's truly a buy and what's a sell? I have never understood this ?

Looking at the information contained in the http://investor.cloudbuy.com/investor-information.html I note that the % of shares not in the public domain is 28.09% as at 12 October. Any one know when this will be updated as obviously there was the increased buying from Sella so I am interested to know if that 28.09% has reduced which would be good news for longer termers

Obviously we no there is a buyer in Mr Sella (or is it Mr Duncan buying as an associate of Mr Sella???) Conspiracy theories or what lol

I think mr sella might have a plan here. He might have people behind the scenes that could enhance cbuy offering and only way to do that is being largest shareholder. Are we seeing the start of a take over? At the prices just now I recon he will still be buying

What is surprising me is that there has been no holding RNS or update from directors as to why the sudden share price movement. That I don't understand especially with the volumes which we witnessed over that 10 days of trading.

Just read what has happened on that board with those directors etc. Folly cow. Tell u something there is some serious dodgy bastards running some of these Companies with one thing in mind. Shaft those investors. What comes around goes around that's what i say. Hole those directors are walking about with mirrors on there backs cause I wouldn't want to be them especially if I had lost thousands
