But once they start to rise then so does my profit and will will just keep topping us with the profits of all over shares i take my profit from once the target price is there
So really not worried at all with the 60p to 80p range over the last 3 months

The board are not there to give day traders a hug every 5 minutes.
Shareholders (long-term shareholders) are served well by the board operations the business in the best possible way at all times and looking to provide best value for genuine holders over medium to long-term.

Well seems like we are in for a fair bit more time of uncertainty on case outcome.
As you would expect both sides refer to "parts" of case law or "parts" of Agreement that looks I'm their favour. Then other side does exact same for their benefit.
None of us know all cases referred to in full, the full agreement and access to all case files etc.
So while we can "think/feel/believe/hope" for a certain outcome, I don't think anyone can say it is a guarantee..
With that in mind and assuming no other material events in the interim it looks like a further pronged side shuffle for share price.

Hoping for favourable (or limited loss) outcome while still nervous of other possibilities.

PW Are you really trying to say that Canada is as sort of back water nation with a corrupt legal system??

Need to go out for next 45min/hour. Hope someone keeping eye on trial and can note anything material here esp. regards what judge asked prior to break on what I. Theory could be claimed in Cineworlds legal team eyes.

Can't seem to see a clarification from yourself how you get 850,000 shares down 10p to equal £150- £160k.

BC, I don't understand your maths.
You state bought at average 71p
You state currently c.61p per share
You state it is 850,000 shares.

I make that down 850,000 x 10p i.e. £85k how does your maths give near double that current LOSS?

Shows low 60's on my screen.

LPD on the flip side the last major shareholding announcement was also a reduction.

Courtcase - like most here I am hopeful, but as far as I know from previous discussions NONE of us are expert in the field so have to remain open to outcome different to what we want and "think" likely.

Box office for me is weaker in November than October and both November and December have higher benchmarks to just remain level with October performance which was still below what company is targeting.

(Know some would have been disappointed if I hadn't put these cautionary comment's ;-)
