RE: Oh My Days27 Feb 2021 23:42
Sammy got off, I ended up the fall guy doing a long stretch now ;-)
SP pre covid was about £1:80!?
The LTIP kicks in from £1:30!?
These combined lead to to think not a lot more than 20/30 (maybe 40p ) in next months to after summer.
The board surely based incentive plan for 3 YEARS , not 3 months to be achievable but with hard work. The business needs to be fully open again and it has c. an addition $1bn debt to finance and work on reducing.
SP recovery took bit time after banking crisis (ok people were not locked away for a year back then so recovery may come quicker and harder this time).
So yeah 20 - 40 plus from here until into late part this year. Any better makes a mockery of the LTIP, and these guys surely know the company findamt better than any of us.
Happy to see me be wildly undervaluing short term recovery though.
Polaris top up nice to see, though again big boys deeper insight than us. They probably got that in the 70 - 80p range mostly so already nice 20/25% gain.
Them 8, Jangho 12 Mooky family trust 20 and another couple 5% plus holders makes any low ball future offer highly unlikely to go through. Think that's a LONG shot to be fair for a few years yet anyway.
