Well anyway buying today is basically buying for a 20% COS drill hitting oil there won’t be a pre spud rise within 2 weeks given the$18m placing there would need to be huge volume everyday for the next two weeks given they spud in two weeks, think many of you expecting a pre spud rise will be very disappointed

Mike has obviously been told by placing flippers to try create some volume... let’s see if it works today it will be interesting to see how much selling goes on after the initial spike Mike has given his pump now let’s see how hard they dump

Hmm Matd have always been scared to drill incase they don’t find anything and burn through all there cash just like they did in 2010 when they missed even with a high COS... the first well only having a 20% COS and targeting 90mbl is not attractive enough imo to attract the traders. Traders will buy for wildhorse if they actually drill it as it’s a much bigger target and if the first drill is a duster which 80% likely it will be then traders will be able to buy at around 5-6p imo hense the lack of volume and interest as the placing killed any chance of a rise

What are you talking about? Matd did a placing for $18m petrovis took no shares and Matd staff/bod took less than 2% of the placing so 98% went to other “investors” don’t know who told you Matd staff bought the placing they took about 1.5% of it

Agree the mgmt hve been a joke for years, consistently telling the market one thing then doing another. The first drill has a 20% COS and the company have done a huge placing before they drill it which basically says to the market imo we are not confident of hitting oil so we are raising funds before any duster so we don’t go bust when we miss. Petrovis didn’t take part in the placing just highlights there lack of confidence further imo they can’t pull the wool over the markets eyes hense the drop in price ppl have seen through it

After that huge placing, you only have to look at the low buy volumes to see there is little interest from private investors. No wonder the flippers are panicking and look to be forward selling at a loss. It’s very difficult catching a falling knife because the flippers imo will want rid of there shares ASAP before any drilling starts on the first two wells especially as the drills only have a 20% COS they won’t gamble on that imo. After all petrovis didn’t take any shares in the placing speaks volumes as to their confidence level

Glad you managed to get out before the price nose dived, it’s showing no signs of bouncing back as the volume is tiny and so are the buy trades, confidence has been lost with that placing harsh but true the market isn’t interested

Looks like the forward sellers are panicking, huge amount of round number sells going through, no wonder petrovis didn’t want any shares at this price. The lower it goes the more the flippers will panic and sell unfortunately it’s a vicious cycle, remember they don’t get their shares until 4th July wouldnt surprise me if some were shorting this knowing they can close out at 10p on 4th July

Only 10 days left for him to get out those final results of this gets suspended, This shareholders action group seems to be lacking in action, I told premprem investors to pin him to a firm date for the finals but I guess no one had the courage to challenge him, if I held shares here it would be a different story trust me an EGM would have been done months ago

Maestro they didn’t buy shares in this placing mate we hve already had this debate the holdings on the website are incorrect, they hold 196m shares now and will hold 196m shares after this placing its in the rns’s regarding their holding

The Mongolian elite didn’t want a bigger slice of the pie! Petrovis refused to buy any shares in this placing so unless we see any holdings rns which is highly doubtful then we can assume hardly any of the $18m worth of shares are in sticky hands imo. CHAR raised at 13p just before their drill... the price dropped to 11-12p on spud and drilling then crashed to 8p on a duster, I expect this to play out the same way, if they were confident these drills would hit surley they would do a placing after they hit oil and not before.... some big red flags here

CHAR didn’t move on spud after their placing as many expected it would, in fact it dropped from the 13p placing price to 11-12p at spud and drilling before hitting a duster and going sub 8p. This was an $18m placing many are underestimating the damage it has caused in terms of lost confidence in management and a huge over hang on the share price, the selling will be relentless into any rise above 10p imo, it’s relentless at this level so don’t know how folks expect it to rise with the amount of selling to come

I think it will follow the same pattern as CHAR, I have no plans to buy for this first drill no, look at the consistent 100k selling huge overhang and petrovis didn’t buy any of the placing to maintain their pro rate holding

Agree you only have to look at CHAR as a recent example. They did a placing at 13p before there drill, it drifted to around 11-12p at spud and during drilling there was no spike at all back above the placing price, then they hit a duster and it’s back at 8p before the next drill. I expect the same pattern here, hover around 8-10p during drilling, they have an 80% chance of failure on this first drill and if they hit a duster imo it will be back around 5-6p if they decide to still drill wild horse I will be a buyer around that level but they don’t have the permits for it yet so it’s not a guarantee. Placing has killed confidence and that’s so important going into a drill, Mike Buck hasn’t achieved anything apart from delays and discounted placings so far

Why would private investors be prepared to hold for a small 90mbbl drill with only a 20% COS when the main company shareholder petrovis didn’t want to buy any shares at 10p placing and the directors only took a token effort. A huge placing before a drill shows a huge lack of confidence especially when the main shareholder doesn’t participate

Hmm snow leopard only has a 20% COS though doesn’t it so odds are it’s a duster, hoping to buy around 6p if the first drill is a duster as wild horse is the big drill, not much interest in Matd after that placing and with good reason the overhang is huge and a lot of trust has been lost after they said they were fully funded unfortunately you can only screw probate investors so many times before they have enough

What was the combined holding for petrovis + concert party before this placing? You are confusing petrovis and concert parties although they are the same entity just not legally so. My point is that petrovis or concert parties did not buy 56 million in this last placing, that’s a fact
