20% COS on the first smaller drill, $18m worth of shares to be admitted on 4th July causing each and every holder around 25% dilution. The lack of volume is hitting the flippers hard some big sells going through last week with perhaps a final sell off next week for all those placing flippers that don't have the cash to pay for their shares on 4th July. Can see this hitting 8.5p early next week but the issue here is the huge placing has killed the volume

300k sell just gone through, quite clear that the placing flippers are beginning to panic the closer they get to settlement date on 4th July, these are not small sells

My point is CHaR raised at 13p and during drilling the price dropped to 11p there was no spike. If I was looking to buy Matd for this first 20% COS drill I would be buying on 4th July when the new placing shares are admitted and all those flippers have to pay for their shares! If they don’t have the cash to pay only one way to raise it and that’s to forward sell for a slight loss, think the low will be hit on the 4th my guess is Intraday low of 8.5p

Until 4th July when the $18m of placing shares are admitted. Tiny volume leading up to spud shows how negatively the market has taken this placing. How many of those $18m placing flippers will hold for the drill results of the first well with a 20% COS.... not many I would suggest my opinion is this follows the same pattern as CHAR certainly looks that way so far, target buy in price for me is 5-6p on a duster for the bigger and better wild horse drill

Institutional investors do not mean Barclays Bank, you have to understand market mechanics, institutional investors basically means brokers who take the placing then offer it to their clients. Those who agreed to the placing without cash in the bank to pay for it then borrow stock and forward sell it, usually for a profit but the sentiment is so poor for Matd after years of screwing investors that they are forced to sell for a small loss, you win some you lose some all imo but the selling will continue imo up until settlement date on 4th July hense why I see that as the low point perhaps around 8.5p intraday low imo

The selling is relentless here and imo will be for quite some time due to the huge $18m placing. The flippers will be in full panic mode as we get closer to 4th July when they hve to pay for their shares, can see this sub 9p early next week as they finish forward selling imo good to see the flippers been burnt on a placing Matd have fooled the market once too often with this placing imo no sympathy that they have to sell for a loss

That’s what a huge placing does Mr P, $18m worth of shares and a whole army of flippers. As we know many of the placing participants agree to take part in the placing without actually having the cash to buy the shares. So they borrow shares and forward sell them, because the price is below 10p those that don’t have the cash but need to settle have no choice but to sell on or before 4th July.. and the MMs know this. Think we will see the low on 4th July Mr P as all those on borrowed stock close out, hense my earlier comments on the flippers panic selling as the price goes lower and lower I understand many don’t understand market mechanics but if you want to be a successful trader you have to see the full picture of what goes on in this murky world

The mcap is about £65m you are forgetting gbthe placing shares to be admitted next week for £18m

Wild horse is the much bigger and better drill with a 5 fold bigger target that’s what investors/traders get excited about. A 90mbbl with a 20% COS isn’t big enough for most to take a gamble on with such a low COS. This isn’t just my opinion btw pretty much all my investor friends have the same strategy, as do most on Twitter there is hardly any interest for this first drill whether you like it or not that’s how it’s going to play out imo. The huge $18m placing is also obviously been sold into the market as lots of large round number sells popping up day after day, until the selling stops this can only really continue to go down

Tiny volume today, as I said before I think this will hover between 8-9p during drilling then on a duster hit the 5-6p range. That’s the buy zone imo for wild horse drill. Of course if the first drill hits oil then it won’t fall to 6p but it only has a 20% COS so the smart money will buy after any duster much better risk reward imo but each to there own some prefer more risk and gamble on a 20% chance

been a true investors means nothing at all though mate, the only reason any of us invest our money is to see a return otherwise it is pointless. Your loyalty to GR will not be rewarded imo

And this will be suspended if they can’t release the final results, suspension is the worst outcome out can have when investing in high risk shares absolutely crazy how no one is talking about it

We have had the pump now comes the dump imo, look at the number of large round number sells, placing flippers getting out asap imo they won’t risk there capital on a 20% COS drill, can see this sub 9p this week

I beg to differ I definitely think I will get 6p if SL is a duster, the mms moved it up to create volume after the pump this morning, now will come the dump by the placing flippers. Seen it all before the volume isn’t big enough for it not to fall back towards 9p over the next few days imo

Mr P there is no interest in Matd atm you have to understand that the placing has killed it, look at the volume after the rns mate, you have to agree it’s pitiful and has no chance of making a dent in the huge overhang from the placing, the flippers will panic sell when they see the lack of volume and interest they won’t hold for the drill result like you imo, look at CHAR 13p placing before drill, it’s now at 8p before the next bigger drill, same pattern here imo 5-6p entry on duster

But Mr P snow leapard has an 80% chance of been a duster so statistically the best play is to by on a duster at 5-6p for wild horse surley? A 20% COS is not good enough for only 90mbbl too risky imo the real upside is wildhorse and think most investors are waiting for that buy in around 5-6p in September on a price drop duster from this first small drill

That’s the point though how many ppl want to risk there capital on a 20% COS well? The best play imo to to buy after this drill on a duster rns at about 5-6p for the larger and better wildhorse drill, hense the lack of buy volume for this drill, the placing has killed confidence
