Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Oh Piggy, another few reading lessons and you'll be able to start trying to read posts properly- " If Carling did dumb" the 4/5 th is the admission date of the new shares you absolute plum "so after April 4 sometime. 2 x drill schedules ,purchase(s) all after shares admitted."
TNR please show me a post where in any post I said that their definitely wasn't going to be a placing ! I said I doubted it "at those prices", I was wrong ! It won't be the last time. "Drilling" involves lots of prep ,please show me that no pads or roads have been constructed since last year ?-they have !-You take thick ignorance to a new level. But I knew that before I blocked you, I had just forgotten how adept you were !
@DG,meetings have been had re drill schedules but if it was me releasing news I would have it all ready and in order to release for the greatest benefit, so after April 4 sometime. 2 x drill schedules ,purchase(s) all after shares admitted.
So at first you were sure and now there's a "high probability " your judgement maybe explains your investment problems ? I am at home recovering from an op and seeing the Simon responses I thought I would cheer myself up and watch the troll's strange antics. You have not disappointed ! And there is a much higher probability that the closest you have been to a soldier is when you dunk one in an egg.
"Simon you truly are strange" could well be the deepest of deep irony.
Others could say that for several posters to troll a share for years having either lost money and/or an irrational dislike of management(that they have probably never met) is truly strange. If the objective were purely monetary they (as some have already done) would think they would shut up, buy in and try and recoup losses from when they were previously forced to buy 🤔). So perhaps their persistence here is purely emotional. Now that's truly. truly strange....! If defending a company that you believe in is truly strange, then that puts me on the top of the chart and happy to be there ! Perhaps when the shorters have enough to cover their position they may stop paying some of them !
Spoken to a couple of the recent placing participants who thought it was strange to even contemplate selling their shares before seeing what asset the money was being raised for, and before drill schedules are announced. Some could sell of course but why sell at a loss if there is significant news due ?
He's got you there Seis ,it's obvious to any fool that "your charts and maps don't matter", it's not like the investment case for this $90m JV is based on geology is it ! Hang on a minute...! 👀
But the question still remains and is never answered "WHY" .Why do trolls persevere here ,go on give us a clue WHY ???? It can't be all shallow existence ! Some for shorters maybe but the incessant attention is quite something ! And generally in normal life ,if someone is vehemently opposed to something they either have a structured reason or are barking mad- An unholy amount of trolls are concentrated here for it to be coincidence. Why?
The objective of a shareholder is to make money, so at the moment most Arc shareholders are underwater and make up their own minds if they expect the sp to improve .
Whereas the objective of a troll can only be to damage a company's SP or ruin the company entirely. But in either of the troll scenarios their only tangible gain (I can see) is to shout at faceless names on a bb (that most in this world have never heard of) and say "I told you so".
Someone please tell me there is more to it than that, and their lives are really not that shallow..!
So with your negative take and worst possible scenario approach to Arc shares AC, what are your thoughts on the value of J99s recent purchases and it's effect on the rest of his holding as the SP rises ?
And on the Swiss Cheese theme which seems entirely appropriate as Zambia has been labelled by many as the "Switzerland of Africa" (a point previously lost by many here as it's meaning is "peaceful and profitable") and so a thought "sprinz" to mind that as "Gruyer"ling as this journey has seemed "Emmental"ly sure (and AAL through the JV have con"curd") the "wey" forward is now clearly defined and as the drills flow the assets will mature, and as it "appenzeller" the journey would have been less interesting but saner without you.
"Must be gutted by John's words" My old China ? Not in the least. I didn't believe a word from his mouth when he was the laziest Nomad any company had ever employed, and I sent a letter of complaint to Spangle when he admitted to trading ARCM on a previous POX podcast. Now with his "loss of the Arc account" he has reacted true to type as a bitter "old woman scorned".
I am in the process of sending a copy of his bitter and hypocritical interview to every CEO on Spangles client list. With a message saying "If you sack him be prepared for recriminations, and if you keep him be aware he trades " I'm sure his partners are fine with it !
Michu. Me a mouthpiece ? Not knowingly as I have intentionally not posted unverified information several times Sharing information, insight and research (for those that don't have contact) was my aim, but seems to be a problem for some, as soon as we have a hiccup. Not something that needs to be worried about in future. There has been a couple of errors on bb's this week and some info I could have shared, but as we enter a busy period in the companies journey you can all rely on embittered trolls for a balanced and honest perspective. Good luck !
"(and I have subsequently heard there were unconfirmed rumours we were already not paying all our bills in Zambia)!!!" Did you write for the News of The World as well- What expenses ?
We're not only not paying our bills, we're not paying the bills that we've not paid, and pay no attention to the unpaid bills as we're not paying them. No way ! 🚮🚮
Following a couple of mail exchanges the following is the nuts and bolts. And it seems one thing that the BoD and shareholders are all agreed on is that we all wish raises weren't necessary and certainly wish this one could have been done at a higher sp. but circumstance and timing dictates, and actions like these are intended to, and should be accretive IMO.
1. A company with no revenue could not have "no raise" as a default position.
2.Further Zambian targets are now attainable (the licenses are sought after by a major operator)
3. Sitting around waiting for Anglo is not a strategy, it’s lazy and reflective of a lifestyle company. When we had a chance to access these very desirable tenements we had to go for it hence the raise.
4.A number of retail investors took part in the ABB (placing), they contacted the broker directly
5.We intend to do what we did with the first Zambian acquisition, certainly very exciting times ahead.
Could I ask Holders not to share the information above with trolls😜 as they will claim "insider information" or "lies" both of which it is certainly not, just a sharing of information to put a bit of flesh on the bones behind some of the reasons for the raise. GLA
