Our latest Investing Matters Podcast episode with QuotedData's Edward Marten has just been released. Listen here.
With an increase in the price of Copper comes an increase in the value of the licenses/assets and as we drill (with hopefully decent results), an increase in the purchase price of our %, well before any mine is built .
Https://t.co/LCg3VNLRsS It's almost like Arc believe the future price of Copper is important to our business...! 😉😉
And some of the other costs will disappear so my guess would also be £2.5m ish even with a few bob for Virgo drills and we have cash owed which is incoming. So not a bad position ,In many ways -2p placing my A R S E !
No research required Jofan, he posted on Twitter. I replied to him and said "Nice rounded summary £4m annual cash burn ? And there's an "N" in Shirnding and no "M" in Kopara but no "F"in way I could have done better. Well done !😀"
Quite a good nuts and bolts summary .https://youtu.be/fo1t61yrwmo
There seems to be an obsession with the BoD and their shareholding and purchases.
It is entirely possible that they could reinstate their surrendered/carried over previous options and then award themselves some more for achieving the deal of the century as the sp starts it's climb. Just a theory but it's not impossible.
And there you go again Honest Tom
Misleading even after you were corrected, I wonder why?
No-one on this has suggested that the CP is a reason for BoD not adding shares
And then "the key question is"-is it "the key question" because you say so ?
My suggestion would be 1. The key question is when is the next RNS and what's in it or 2.Do you think anyone is falling for your BULL and faux outrage
This Kobold/M Sun deal (I'm told a good deal for both sides) shows exactly what a stunning deal we have https://www.mining.com/kobold-metals-expands-zambia-footprint-with-midnight-sun-deal/
Tom
1. "what WE need to do now"
2." lay out your honest opinion of what is being worked in the background. Then I can properly consider your opinion".
Looks like Tom wants to control and have people feeding him their info/ideas
Ta Ta Tom
"Never knowingly told lies" but quite happy to accuse others....! a "special "investor indeed.
And once again ,but it probably won't sink in this time either "A company in a close period may inform investors " It's not the CP existence, but the detail of any deal that would be a potential problem. Why not mention your thoughts on a potential placing again ? So Sad !
@Tom you have now shown your real colours. absolutely no-one needs your absolution because you are too lazy too ask questions for yourself and as for
1."If nothing significant is anounced then we will know that either you or the management have been telling porkies". Absolute load of cobblers-what if something being negotiated were not to happen ? It's not lies you naïve plank, it's just business.
2."Given SP action over recent months IMO it must be likely that this information is negative rather than positive.
Looking at the company finances and price action. What's the chance of a 2p raise is being forward sold?"
Total and Utter GUFF, you can't even ask a simple question and are clueless re the "company finances" "It must be likely" Sad fool trying to buy closer to 2p-I wonder what makes anyone think they can encourage others to sell so that they can buy cheaper ? - Try and muster a bit of class Tom, (you might need a dictionary) if the price dips to where you want it then buy, but to try and talk it down shows you for what you are i.e. A greedy imoral Parasite..!
Stupid doesn't begin to cover it, spite ? definitely, and for some strange reason totally obsessed about something they are not invested in- Bloody Weird doesn't even begin to describe it.
I don't think they've quite grasped how irrelevant to the SP and the company they are, and when Arc starts it's journey they are left with years of negative and wasted time. As I say weird....! But at least I don't have to suffer it any more.
@Lantier,I presume it's more clueless statements and then questions wallowing around in ignorance trying to get a rise and drag people down to their level. The green of filter is a lovely peaceful shade ,They seem active tonight ,I wonder why ?
@MT-you are right about 1 thing and that is I am not a paid Arc ramper and know that it's not the sort of nonsense that they indulge in.
Arc are not sailing "close to the wind" by informing holders that they are in a close period, and whatever inferences people may wish to draw from that close period is of their own making. No material news or detail has been released and as I said that the reason for the CP will no doubt be forthcoming if or when news transpires (whatever it may or may not be)
And far from dubious behaviour, I believe that if asked a director is obliged to say if they are in a CP. Not commenting could have a detrimental effect on a share so just an acknowledgement is normal practise. Which as you can read has been done !
What is Article 7 of the UK market abuse regulation?
The following has not been done ,so no sailing anywhere...!
Under Article 7(4) of the MAR , “information which, if it were made public, would be likely to have a significant effect on the prices of financial instruments”, means information that a reasonable investor would be likely to use as part of the basis of his or her investment decisions.
@MT-you seem to read some very strange things into conversations. I don't think anyone has stated that the BoD want or don't want to buy at the moment, but we ARE in a close period and if they wanted to they wouldn't be able to anyway.
However, your statement- "The only thing that would stop the directors buying at the moment was if results were due or they were in possession of not yet announced information that would significantly change he company valuation" is correct.
Whatever the reasons are for the close period will no doubt transpire !
