I can then forward your detailed analysis on to Mark Bristow of Barrick ,and Tristan Pascall of First Quantum both having made recent huge investments/commitments to Zambia .No doubt both of them wish they had consulted with you before making their foolish premature decisions. AIM-there are/were loads held by investment companies and some trying to look legit by linking to a tiny company on the area.i.e. one used a petrol station and another a tyre recycler and so on. Others are held by off shore shadow holdings and the purpose of the new on line application system is to make them all transparent.I believe that any miscreants will just have their licenses revoked (I don't think they will get a chance to sell) and then the govt.will sell the licenses to viable explorers and miners and locals who link with those investors. 1.Govt.gets money for license 2.Country gets employment,investment and then taxes.Lots of unhappy license speculators soon.
