In order to justify spending $1m+,Tosla will wait until their DFS is completed therefore being able to show the asset on their books as growth- we may be small to them ,but keeping projects in order like this is a healthy format (for them).Now if someone else was also interested,it would get entertaining .And they would close the deal in the blink of an eye.

Value-I totally get your point,but on the flip side Ruffles doesn't do "porkie pies" (not even mince :-)) And there are some clues out there to when we will get news (at the latest).I can't see Ruffles announcing grades if they are to be poor so fingers crossed.
