Verger-There's quite a few large investors that are more than happy (even encouraging) with giving the intentionally destructive trolls absolute hell. If they and their masters (yes they were managed/encouraged) had got their way we would potentially have not made it to where we are today,or for that matter anywhere at all. I agree Seis is right on it ! as are some other less vocal investors. It's not a race to post info. just important to make sure it gets aired.All investors are here for the same reason,and the absence of the trolls speaks volumes...!

Potential suitors would not want to risk permitting and the FS on Verm going awry,so keeping the people in place (under the same banner) who have done such an excellent job on the same at Arug makes complete sense .This could all be achieved with a JV to establish overall control, whilst leaving HZM on the ground day to day with a "free carry",or just wait for a year whilst building a stake-lots of possibilities but all positive for investors.

1.When I first invested here in 2017 (Ortac) it was a hunch and a punt based on it's multi-assets
2. NvS joined and I started to research deeper.And with the help of a couple of other investors (you know who you are-even if I don't entirely !!) much,much deeper.
3. Gradually built my stake and lucky enough to have met BoD a few times
4.Covid and Mushy / Birdiegate were not without their worries.
5.HH's installation was our pivotal moment,which meant the plans could start moving forward apace.
6.The terms of the JV are truly unique and reflect exactly what AAL believe we have.
A recent response to an email agreed that we are definitely "on trend" and others are in total agreement, and things are progressing well.
Readers of the BBs will know how passionate and defensive I am of this share, that is due to my belief in the Co.. and protection of my own investments together with an intense dislike of destructive trolls.
On the news front we may appear to be subdued,but I believe we are still very active behind the scenes,as you would expect with such a world class transaction pending.
Since late Oct. my questions have not been !if" but"when"-

Final comments of pres,were re M&A. When Verm permitting and FS are completed we will not be able to hold on to it.Whether that is a complete T/O or just Verm- will be interesting.But if we are allowed to start Arug s production (Q1 2024) providing FCF, it will be a lot harder to "pick our pockets"

Argo were (for me) always going to get their licenses back as HH govt. will have wanted to show definitively that the past corrupt practices are well and truly gone. However naive doesn't begin to sum up Argo's actions,at the very least they should have been seeing copies and checking the renewals.

@FTC7-you will get to have your own set of mistrusted CEOs or Co's, there are a few I would advise against completely,but watch out for their language to appease or encourage investors. For me Guy hands is an absolute No No ,but equally anyone that uses XRF grades in an RNS is to be avoided P.S. my biggest gain to-date is from an untrustworthy and exaggerating CEO - You live ,you learn,and then......

I expect a minimum equal to or more than Orion and LaMancha sp's but the fact that the 3 top holding investors have 51% (a controlling interest) is absolutely no coincidence.Protecting their investments and keeping it under their control ? Yes totally ! Where do PIs figure-we will ride on their coat tails.Hopefully for a decent journey.With no T shirts at the end I am sure.:-))

Far from counting profits I think this will get taken out earlier than a lot expect,not into public sp predictions but the other minerals Co. hint is so far off the mark and laughable and it isn't even a consideration( as just pointed out by picked) If Arug makes production I would be staggered (but very pleased)
My money says PIs will be patted on the head and disdainfully told "there you go,just be happy you made a profit" I would absolutely love to be wrong.

This is well past the point of any BB speculation having an effect,it's more in the realms of II's and majors hoovering up any shares that are foolish enough to be sold.With the huge II ownership,it's not like the future script is a mystery is it ? There's only a few possibilities for PIs-hold on tight as there will be shakes.
