Value,I don't know exactly what is needed to be done by the Cadastre apart from obviously re categorize and label areas in time for any announcement.All parties "are keen" to get the details finalized and from the amount of AAL (and associated Co's) activity at Indaba this year it would seem that they intend to make an impact.I'm hopeful it all gets done in time.What I'm really looking forward to is the drill schedule and start of drilling which I guess will be accompanied by one of their mobile labs.

The number of licenses credited to AEZ on the Cadastre has grown,and with all those target areas they still want ours.......! Given the fact that the HH govt want licenses active they must be planning huge investment into Zam.

There will be significant interest in hiring ,the type of unit bought and put into their own H/O. It will demonstrate usage and costs and by hiring it will show an immediate cost saving without capital outlay win/win/win

@Battery-I don't generally do predictions but I'll make an exception-if the JV is signed it will not be the last we see of Piggy/China and I will open some bottles.I bought in first (here and elsewhere) in 2017 because of my conviction then that battery metals were going to do well-I am v.pleased in how it is turning out....And BTW Piggy I thought of offering you a bet about the JV signing to be held by an independent lawyer,but you have never had the nuts to accept in the past so I just treat your rubbish like the hollow words of someone who is a bitter troll because they lost money

Bumble, The troll ( "Black " @mentalBlack in the name gives it away) and that research will have taken quite a while to collate ,so started before 7am just to prove the opposite of what he was trying to achieve .After all this time I still don't even start to see where they are coming from ! And given the scenario now,why they would want to look even more of a mug and persevere.Perhaps the "mental" in the name is a professional diagnosis.Who knows,certainly not me !

A deranged troll has gone out of his way to "research" Anglo JV deals. I honestly thank him for his efforts as all he has shown is just how unique ,and beneficial to Arc the deal is ! i.e. 30% ownership retained,decent cash and a free carry on a massive drill program.
Anglo are not known for their benevolence and charity in negotiating, but for driving "hard nosed "deals. Which shows us two things,firstly what a decent job the BoD have done to manoeuvre us into this position, and secondly the quality of assets that AAL believe/know we have.

As per Mr Bowie,Major-Tom would be more likely to miss a rocket :-)) My take is MT that the new licenses will be in the name of Anglo Exp (named in the RNS) and owned by the new JV co. therefore needing no re-application if/when AAL buy our 30%.If they walk away we would then need to rename the licenses as we would hold 100% (ish) again.Nothing will be completely that simple but that's my guess.
