I'm not convinced M Tom is coming from the same angle as the Cuckoo,he's admittedly trading, but is hyper cautious by expressing those "possibilities", and he probably wouldn't mind the sp dropping back a bit. My take is that Rothschilds are in control of all interim agreements under the exclusivity agreement. The bottom line to all of his stated doubts is that if AAL were to benefit in any way by "shafting"Arc ,the damage to their reputation and the ramifications to them ever being trusted to doing another JV with anyone anywhere would be catastrophic. They're not even thinking along those lines ! ALL parties are eager to proceed !

For me ,the Exclusivity agreement extension enabled ALL parties to be able to bring potential proceedings to fruition at a time most beneficial to ALL parties.
