It is obviously coming from an angle but if only half of the end effect (demand) happens and recycling and tech helps out as well there is still going to be a huge shortage and little substitution for minerals (particularly Cu)and prices will reflect that,hopefully just as our 30% is being re-homed! There are going to be a lot more supply deals done by car makers and others trying to guarantee supply from miners

I agree that yes there's a trick,but the trick is that the presentation is just from one angle/perspective.So when I see "facts" like that I halve the overall effect to get a safe perspective and then half it again for practical offsetting effects like recycling possibilities and/or tech changes, and even after halving the effect twice there is still a massive disparity between reality and fantasy of what governments saying they are going to achieve.The nett effect of their ideological targets and ramblings is a huge rise in minerals and energy materials. Trick ? Yes.Slick ? Yes ! Governments deluded,ignorant and dangerous ? Rhetorical.

It should do well,but the real action will be on decent and numerous drills.

Thanks Strummer I read that article and he criticizes PIs attitude as "rose colloured specs" but continues to put the most negative of spins and permutations on the whole project. It would only take a couple of problems to negatively affect the sp of HZM (obviously) but equally it would only take a couple of positives to blow his complete thesis apart . Is shorting their aim ? Is Mr Cornford a master investor ? The only thing that seems to be certain is that far from being a master investor alamo55 is a master baiter.

Would AAL in reality, totally finance a full mine build and allow a minnow owning 30% with nil contribution reap the rewards ? Hence why I think my possible scenarios are more likely. Let's get drilling first and make the options real .ATB

P.S.there's not too many Majors going to sit around and watch a tiddler like ARC hold 30% of 1 /2/3 Tier1's and AAL would rather manage that eventuality to their preferred partner that they could work with.Alternatively take us out completely and do their own deal ! All nice problems to have !

AAL have a track record of partnering in order to mine and I have always thought our 30% (min key figure for partner) will be taken by their future partner,at the same time they would probably sell some of their own 70% so it is in their interest for the value of Arc to be as high as possible and then the 20% ish they might sell will fully cover all of their expenses (buying/drilling/exploration) and more. to get to that point.As a business move it would be very sound .Just my take,but a long held belief !
